  1. Always was a big Joe Montana fan. You always knew the 49ers had a chance with the ball in his hands. Loved the way he would deflate the Cowboys all the time. I’m not sure, but I think it was in his second season there was a game against Dallas and the Niners previously were not very good. Dallas was a pretty heavy favorite and by like the end of the first quarter San Fran was up like 24 - 0. It was at that time everyone knew the 49ers were on their way.
  2. Moulds or Jerry Butler. Ahmad Rashad wasn’t too bad either.
  3. I live on the eastern shore of Mobile Bay (beautiful area) and I have my Bills and Bills Mafia stickers along with my Buffalo Bills license plate holder on my SUV. I get people all the time greeting me with “Go Bills”! My favorite was when I was driving on I 10 when a vehicle from Louisiana pulled up next to me and was waving his Bills hat at me (at 70 mph). Go Bills!🏈
  4. Ronnie Harmon short arming the playoff game winning touchdown pass from Jim Kelly with 9 seconds to go in the game!!!!
  5. The Canadiens of the late 50’s. Beliveau, Dickie Moore, Geoffrion, Richard, Harvey, Jacques Plante. That team changed the game and even made for rule changes.
  6. Robert James. Made his mark on special teams before becoming probably the best cornerback in the game at the time.
  7. It’s a shame how money motivates these decisions. Betting on football isn’t the problem, it’s that it is shared and promoted by the NFL.
  8. Seems a bit early to be jumping on their bandwagon just yet. It’ll be interesting to see how this season plays out as they won’t be “surprising” teams as they did last year. Also will teams figure Stroud out or will he continue his success? They’ll definitely be a team to watch.
  9. All right now. This goes back a long time ago. I was 9 or 10 years old and the Bills were practicing in Blasdell I believe at the Camelot motel. They had an autograph session and handed out 8x10 black and white glossies that they autographed. There was Tom Sestak, Darryl Lamonica, Pete Gogolak and Dick Hudson. I remember how massive Tom Sestak seemed to me. Just a giant of a man. I still have those autographed photos! Go Bills!🏈
  10. Definitely should be nothing more than a 15 yard penalty.👍
  11. What? They gained 2 more fans? Wow!😆
  12. Oh yes, please lock him up long term!
  13. Contracts coming up include Lawrence, Prescott, Love and Tua! So glad we got Josh taken care of when we did. Go Bills!!🏈🍻
  14. Their defense couldn’t stop decent teams last year, and they have lost many of their good players on defense this off season. Not worried about the fish. That’s also pretty big $ for OBJ at this point in his career.
  15. I think Beane is just following his board, not going to reach or cave to pressure. That is a good strategy and yet very difficult to remain disciplined and stick to the hard work done leading up to it. Go Bills!🏈🍻
  16. Some of the losers were some of the players chosen. Great wideouts or a tight end going to teams without someone to get them the ball.
  17. Agree whole heartedly! Also the kid weighs 165 at the most. Highly unlikely he stands up to the punishment in the NFL. There are a very few who overcome that, but very few. Let’s add quality players without reaching. I think it’s a smart strategy. Also KC has become the new darlings of the media, just like the Cheatriots were previously. They were always considered the smartest at the draft and yet New England picks failed miserably for years.
  18. Don’t understand why everyone is complaining. For a long time they’ve been saying they want the Bills to pick 32nd.😆
  19. The first head scratcher could very well be a quarterback that pundits have a 2nd round grade on him, but it only takes one team to fall in love with the dude. Possibly Bo Nix or Penix.
  20. If Beane finds a willing partner, I think he trades out of the first round. I just don’t see enough talent falling to warrant moving up. I also think once that talent is depleted he would prefer extra picks in the second and/or third round.
  21. If the Bills can’t swing a deal that makes sense, or their wr choices are gone, then I would not be upset with grabbing Powers-Johnson out of Oregon.
  22. I agree. His experience and ability to read and react are invaluable. Those young backers can learn a ton from him.
  23. My point was that he basically has done it for one year, has one move and needs to develop, like you said. I doubt he busts, but there are similarities between him and Maybin.
