  1. What, you mean like things that get me to spend more money? If you're still freezing your butt off in the winter and are exposed to the elements, what are taxpayers really paying for here? Nicer areas in the concourses for the Bills/NFL to sell you more overpriced S*&@ you don't need all done at taxpayer expense? 9th richest owner in football and somehow he was able to convince Albany they should give him hundreds of millions of dollars from the taxpayers just to buy an updated version of what they already have.
  2. When I fork over the money for a brand new car, I expect more than just updated looks.
  3. https://www.democratandchronicle.com/story/sports/football/nfl/bills/2022/10/27/buffalo-bills-new-stadium-renderings-released-take-a-look/69595800007/ I've never heard of someone wanting to build their house with no roof and then wasting the massive amount of energy needed to heat it for it to just radiate right off into the sky.
  4. Point being I don't think Edmunds is worth more than Milano as a player on this team. I'm sure some team will pay him Roquan Smith-type money, but hopefully it's not the Bills unless it's a very light up-front contract that's more backloaded and gives the Bills an out in a couple years.
  5. Henry is 29 and will make $10.5M in 2023. He has a $10M dead cap hit, so why would Tenn trade him in the first place? I'd rather draft Robinson if he's still there at #27 and have a 21-year-old back on a rookie contract, who fits better in our offense anyway.
  6. Maybe he's looking for a multi year deal. I'd be fine with a one year deal. Multi year makes it much more difficult.
  7. That is a staggering feat to accomplish in 14 games. Wish it was Thurman that did it rather than OJ though.
  8. I Agree. Now we have to find someone that really wants him at $10M.
  9. Honestly, at his age, I would be very hesitant to give him a multi-year deal. I'd rather just sign him for a 1-yr deal that doesn't tie our hands in future years.
  10. I would sign him for a 1-year deal at that. If he wants a multi-year deal, that all depends on how it's structured. He's good but is also going to turn 33 in June.
  11. I believe the line can be fixed through the draft this year too and maybe a key FA signing. If Robinson is there at 27, I'm taking him. He's also a great pass catcher and Dorsey MUST get our backs involved in the passing game no matter who is back there.
  12. You think Wagner would go for that? If he wants big money guaranteed up front, forget about it. Not sure what to make of Edmunds. Him saying he's going to test FA makes me think he doesn't believe the Bills will give him what he wants (or already knows that).
  13. Yeah, just what we need...another 33-year-old FA on a huge contract to further tie our hands for years to come.
  14. If you're referring to the days in the NFL where the SB teams had great RBs, I would suggest if the league was going to return to those days anytime soon, it will be by a team other than the Bills. The Bills are a pass first offense as it stands, and right now, don't have an OL good enough that would allow a great back to prosper.
  15. Yep. The recipe for winning in today's league is pretty clear and has been demonstrated for years now. It doesn't require a monster RB to do it. And in that game, Lynch had 15 carries for 39 yards. A 2.6 avg/carry.
  16. There is only one Derrick Henry and he's not on our roster and he's not getting the team he's on to the SB or even the playoffs for that matter. What's the last SB team to have a superstar RB?
  17. Josh Allen is who makes our OL look better than it really is. If Josh were simply a regular pocket passer with so-so mobility, this team probably sets a new record for sacks taken this past season.
  18. You can't band-aid the O-line any longer. They gave Saffold $6M to come here and he was the worst guy on the line. This line lacks consistency and continuity and I disagree that there's no lineman than could start as rookies in this year's draft. I would've easily taken a talented rookie over what we got out of Saffold who was getting paid significantly more than what a rookie would have. We should only draft Robinson if he falls to us. Trading up, which will cost us picks and/or position in later rounds, makes no sense especially when we only have six picks as it is this year with several holes to fill. We need good players on rookie contracts.
  19. Not if he's going to want $12M still. That's more than Milano is making.
  20. If that were the case, he'd have better production than he's had over his career. He's not a legit WR2, his numbers are worse than Davis, and he's definitely not worth the price tag.
  21. I hope you're joking. If Beane goes defense, it's clear they just don't get what it takes to win a title in today's league.
  22. Definitely not in the first round, but is a good talent.
  23. The ball is tucked away with a knee down. The play is dead at that point. One knee equals two feet and tucking the ball away is considered a football move. That is possession and down by contact. What happens after that is irrelevant. The receiver cannot take the ball away and the ground cannot cause a fumble after contact.
  24. Word is he's looking to be on par with CMC, so in the neighborhood of $16M per. Don't see that being a possibility for the Bills. We can't afford more FAs seeking that kind of money. Ties the team's hands in future seasons.
  25. On the new ESPN+ article, they have best fits for FA's and they have Ben Powers for the Bills. Maybe too expensive for us, but he's in the top 10 in both run block and pass block win rate.
