Defense really didn’t show up at all, KC moved the ball with no issues all game. Allen played well but was not focused enough to be a difference maker. Benford injury allowing Elam to even step on the field was brutal. Kincaid has been insanely underwhelming. Where was Von?!?! I’m ready for a change to the defense. We have Allen (part of the formula to win a SB), but we need a defense that can bring pressure and disrupt an oline. It’s the only way we will ever win against mahomes in the playoffs. KC has an intimidating, stout defense and ours play like a bunch of pansies. Pathetic to watch when McD has had control of the defense for 8-9 years and still they get walked over.

I’ve hated Brad Allen for almost a decade. His games always have no flow and he just drags teams through the mud. Also this blonde ref is no where near NFL caliber. No clue what she is even doing out there… and she has no clue either. It’s embarrassing.

I’m willing to put the Texans and Bears defenses up there with the Steelers/49ers/Browns/Ravens. These units are making plays left and right.

Who would’ve thought the Bears offense would be just as inefficient with Williams/Odunze over Fields/Mooney. I get it’s gonna take some time for the rookie to adapt… but this is some horrendously inefficient play calling. This Bears D is elite though

I think Hollins and Claypool battle for the physical blocking WR role. Both have down field ability too. I see this as somewhat of a Davis replacement. I think MVS was brought in to provide some competition for Shorter for that big outside boundary role. Both are big bodied, although slightly different receivers. Isabella vs. Hamler for special teams. Loser of each battle gets cuts. Except Shorter who has PS eligibility.

If Davis is 2-3 inches taller he is drafted early 2nd round and is probably the first RB off the board. His game speed is insane. In the highlight packages I watched he was outrunning everybody on the field. His 40 wasn’t anything special but I think he’s a testament to how that metric is vastly overrated. Vision is great too. Perfect complement to Cook’s skill set and we should have a very nice 1-2 punch now.
