Not just the executive branch, but yes. Pumping trillions into the economy has that effect. The last 2 1/2 years are not part of of the steady trend in home prices. The average cost of a home jumping $100,000 in 2 years is reasonable to you? Demand is high now because few are selling since they can't afford to move elsewhere. You can try and blame the fed for raising rates to where they are now but who knows how far prices may have spiked if they hadn't.

If the cost of everything else has increased along with your net worth then your spending power hasn't really increased has it? In other words, inflation.

Home prices in my area are are 200-300% of what they were pre covid so this doesn't seem unreasonable. Congrats to everyone who keeps voting for inflation.

Not necessarily trying to defend Tipster here but did you watch the second half of 2022 season? Everything looked hard for the the Bills offense. Something certainly changed. Allen's elbow? Maybe. Relationship Issues weighing on him? Maybe. Allen just losing focus doing other things? Maybe it had nothing at all to do with Allen...who knows...maybe it was a combination of everything. I don't see issue with someone expressing concern over change of Allen's on field performance and speculating over what happened.

I have a hard time believing the Jets are Older on average than the Bills. Aaron Rodgers must really skew the numbers for them.

Who cares if JA and co. rip off 10 minute drives every time they get the ball? Plan should be for the defense to see the field as little as possible.

Watching highlights of Kincaid I just see a lot of similarities here. He just looks more like a receiver on film than a TE. I'm quite happy we took him over one of the smaller slot receivers I thought the Bills were gonna go after. Don't love that they had to trade up for him and unfortunately with this pick my hopes of them targeting Jonathan Mingo in the 2nd have been shattered. Hopefully they still go after a decent guard in round 2 before McD goes off on his defensive picks.

Having the draft of a lifetime last year kinda helps with salary cap for them for a number of years going forward. Having 3 rookies not just start be be playing at an all pro level in their first season is something every team would dream of.

I'd like to see if there is anything to be Salvaged from on of the former highest prospected college receivers Joseph Ngata who kinda fell off the face of the earth as far as recognition.
