Actually I had previously laughed at the possibility of the Bills considering bringing in someone like Dionte Johnson to complete the WR room but looking at this chart below has me reconsidering.

We need a separator and IMO any receiver approaching or past the age of 30 cannot be that. Lets just trade for Garret Wilson and call it a day.

Not if they're keeping the same run first offensive philosophy next season. Both those backs are great pass catchers. Ray Davis still spends a little too much time dancing in the backfield for my liking though.

Not sure how to feel about this. Love Cook but that feels like a lot. On the other hand Beane has a history of overpaying for mid or washed talent so if he's going to overpay I'd rather it be someone who actually produces. Cook has been excellent the last two seasons.

Despite this misleading 16th best offense in history stat. The Bills offense had fewest passing yards since 2019 Bills offense had fewest passing TDs since 2019 Fewest receiving yards from our wideouts since 2018 Most punts since 2019 We could haven been even better. We're an elite receiver from potentially dropping 35-40pts per game. I don't know a single defensive player that's gonna net us an extra 5pts per game or 5 fewer opponent pts per game. Defense will continue to be an issue no matter how much money and talent you throw at it until we change our defensive scheme and philosophy. Not sure it's happening under Beane but we'll see.

If the Bills didn't have Josh Allen, I would be ecstatic at what the Bills have accomplished under McBeane every season. But if there was ever a player in the history of the NFL that deserved a SB ring it's him. He came to Buffalo, embraced and embodied the city, became a generational talent, single handedly got the Bills a new stadium deal and elevated everyone in the franchise around him. At this point I want a Lombardi more for Josh than I do for the Bills. NFL careers are fleeting and he carried this team on his back for 6+ years but those around him need to stop letting him down.

I agree with this. No amount of elite pass rushers is going to have much effect against elite QBs like Mahomes or Burrow. They might dominate against bad to average teams and QBs but the ones who are getting the ball out that quick or just elusive from the pass rush are still making plays no matter what.

There is incompetence and inconsistency but also bias. Not saying the refs are out there to outright rig the games but they certainly can show favoritism to certain teams.
