  1. I was happy to see Urbik is staying. Prior to last year, Urbik had three solid seasons at RG. According to Pro Football Focus, his rankings among all qualifying OG were 20 of 78 (2011), 25 of 81 (2012) and 20 of 81 (2013). I'd be happy with those kind of results from any of our offensive linemen.
  2. I'm really gonna miss this: https://vine.co/v/O1ghXp73QQn
  3. JJ Watt is going to think twice about slamming into our quarterback's knees with RI on the other side of the line.
  4. I remember Eric Wood discussing this a couple years ago. He seemed to get along fine with Incognito. I think Eric will be key to keeping him in line. I also think Aaron Kromer will get him back to form in no time.
  5. I'm a retired Naval officer living in Virginia Beach and bought season tickets last year because I couldn't believe how inexpensive they were. Twelve rows upper deck, 30 yard line and it only cost $1200 for two season tickets. Went to every game and loved it. A modest price increase didn't deter me at all from renewing for this year.
  6. Don't be surprised if the Bills make a run a center/guard Brian De La Puente when free agency starts. Aaron Kromer is extremely high on him, and the feeling is mutual by De La Puente. Below is a good read on him and Kromer: http://www.chicagobears.com/news/article-1/Saints-linemen-Bears-lucky-to-have-Aaron-Kromer/1bcdbd5b-3a3d-4189-94b5-f2babae8956b He's been one of the best bang for the buck offensive lineman in the NFL the last four seasons. Watching how he came in and performed at a high level against the Bills when the Bears starting center (Roberto Garza) got injured convinced me last year. Pro Football Focus predicted he would be the Bears "Secret Superstar" last year (they also predicted Nigel Bradham for the Bills). https://www.profootballfocus.com/blog/2014/05/20/secret-superstars-2014-chicago-bears/ In my opinion, he probably wouldn't cost a lot against the cap and would be a much better value than anybody on the Bills interior.
  7. Check out this workout video of Chris Hogan, posted by DeFranco's Gym in New Jersey. This guy is an unbelievable athlete who's really smart as well. Can't imagine where he'd be right now if he'd played DIV 1 football at Penn State instead of lacrosse. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KPGhhs-yy7I Here's one showing his 40 yard dash:
  8. Teddy Bruschi's call for his resignation is all I need to hear -- to make up my mind that Goodell needs to stay on as Commish.
  9. I have to admit, I've been immensely impressed at the leadership EJ has shown this offseason. I did a search to see which other young quarterbacks organized workouts with their receivers during the offseason. I couldn't find anything on Geno Smith or Mike Glennon. RG3 set up sessions with Pierre Garcon: http://profootballta...kouts-together/ Andrew Luck worked out with some of his receivers in Miami, but it appeared to be more conditioning than anything else: http://www.procanes....6dd5-12498.html Not surprisingly, I came across an article on the sessions Russell Wilson set up with his receivers in Southern California this month. These seemed to be the closest to what EJ organized: http://blog.seattlep...-in-california/
  10. There's one way to settle whether Tim Graham was embellishing E.J. Manuel's "dripping with sarcasm" response: Post the video and let the fans decide.

How crappy must their WR/TE be???
  12. I'd rather have Matt Moore: https://www.profootballfocus.com/blog/2012/03/19/matt-moore-worth-sticking-with/
  13. I'd spend a late round pick on him.
  14. Great read about Darron Thomas on Bleacher Report. This guy's a winner. He'd be a perfect fit with Chan Gailey and David Lee, our new QB coach. http://bleacherreport.com/articles/1025407-oregon-ducks-darron-thomas-high-school-coach-talks-about-what-really-happened
