Not looking to enter the larger food fight, just wanted to mention in my 20+ years in research at a fortune 500 company I have seen many intellectually dishonest scientists. Not many would admit to it of course. Quite common for them to put their thumb on the scale to make the idea they were proposing look more promising(and therefore more likely to receive funding). Also saw similar behavior from my advisor while obtaining my MS degree. Doesn't mean it happens everywhere but in my experience it has not been rare.

I was mostly going for the James "Butter Fingers" Cook humor. The eye test has been obvious for me but here is a post that supports what my eyes tell me. I would like to see Fournette get a few more touches because he has a history of fumbling less and is also more physical, which I think will be needed this weekend. McDermott obviously knows a zillion times more than I do so (for this week only ) I will defer to his judgement.

I would like to see Fournette get more touches as well. The problem with "letting James cook" is that he seems to get butter on his fingers too often. 😀

We sure got the complete Josh Allen experience last night. Makes you want to bench him and nominate home to the pro bowl all in the same game. I think McDermott can relate to the Reverend mother. 😀

I have to admit I was in the camp that thought Lamar could not be successful as a pass first QB but this season he has convinced me otherwise. Love Josh of course but have nothing but respect for Lamar.

Cook's drop notwithstanding I do think Josh throwing the ball so hard may limit the number of acrobatic catches we see. 🤷‍♂️

My 14 yr old son was adamant that McDermott should not have called the time out to ice their kicker. Having two timeouts with twenty seconds left would have been a lot better. At first I thought be quiet kid what do you know. After the kick I thought, we could really use that second timeout. 😁

Not judging, guess I just wasn't built with a need for speed. First new car I bought out of college with a nice paying job had 69 horsepower 😀. Top speed for me was 115, on the Autobahn in Germany. Had to try right? Did not enjoy it at all. Whole time I was thinking what if a tire goes....

In light of what our team has been through in the past week I have two concerns if Tua plays. 1) Will our dline be able to play with full aggression or will there be a sliver of hesitation and caution with regard to injuring Tua? 2) In the unfortunate event that Tua suffers (yet) another concussion, how well will our players be able to shake that off and continue playing? Thoughts?
