I’ve always wondering - Why does the MLS listing have more information than the public listing? Certainly would save a lot of trouble if it were public. It would have prevented me from going to an open house of a lady that wanted to live in the garage for the next 10 years as a contingency of the sale. Apparently it was in the MLS listing but no where on Zillow.

All subjective of course, but I was surprised at how plain and cookie cutter the home was. Stuck in the 90’s.

And is a “chefs delight”, according to the listing. https://www.zillow.com/homedetails/3421-Angle-Rd-Orchard-Park-NY-14127/98036786_zpid/?utm_source=txtshare

I know nothing about Luke or what caused his death. However, in general, young athletes passing away suddenly from a not-clearly-apparent cause is sometimes hypertrophic cardiomyopathy. My mother has this condition and I have done significant research on this topic. I encourage all people with children or young adults entering the space of competitive sports to have their heart checked by a cardiologist. A simple 20-minute cardiac ultrasound can be the difference between life and death for some athletes. For all those with the expendable income to do so, I encourage you to set-up an automatic monthly donation to a charity that you believe in. It is much better than donating a random jersey number amount every once in a while when someone you do not know passes away. It allows the charity to better budget for the year when they have auto-donations coming in. For example, I auto-donate to Feeding America every month, as I believe no child should ever be hungry, regardless of their situation.

I recommend James Island and Folly Beach - both suburbs of Charleston and nice.

And apparently very dangerous. I was walking to the Coke museum in downtown Atlanta wearing my Bills cap. A police officer (also walking) stopped me because he is originally from Buffalo and saw my hat. Long story short, he vented about how Atlanta is a warzone compared to Buffalo and how he cant wait to retire.

First game in Buffalo with my son and FIL

Sorry that it came off that way. I was genuinely trying to help OP, as there are many people who won’t wade through a paragraph to get to the point. They’ll just move on. Nothing snarky was intended. -

I would take Steve Tasker over Maddy Glab every day of the week. Her delivery is just so painful to my ears. I immediately turn the radio off if she comes on the program.

I actually really like his commentary. I was disappointed when Eric Wood took back over after the 2020 season.

Does LB Baylon Spector make the Bills final 53?
Einstein replied to HOUSE's topic in The Stadium Wall
He made more impact plays in one game than Edmunds has made in 4 seasons.- 128 replies

Barkley looks better than Keenum.
-
Id already be concerned if I was a Colts fan. Case Keenum just led the Bills backups down the field on your starting defense and your starting offense couldnt get a single first down.
-
Sure hope handoffs on 3rd and goal from the 5 are not a regular part of the offense.

It looks like the original poster saw this thread, because he posted this a couple hours ago: "I see that this thread has made the rounds to OTHER Bills boards. Look all I can tell you is this was legit. During cocktail hour. Early. Dude was not drunk that said this about Elam. And no it’s not Thad Brown."
-
Because this isn't BuffaloBills.com, where only official news can be posted. This is a forum where we talk about news, rumors, sources, players that we will never sign, players that we will never draft, and more. If threads were restricted to only verified news then post activity would drop by 98% and it would be a very boring place. In my opinion the best way (and this is good advice for all forums, not just this one) to avoid topics you dont like is to ignore them and not post in them. .

If I were to guess based on the very little we know, that would be my guess. I think Beane said Elam was the last first round grade they had on a player. Am I remembering that correctly? If so, then It would be understandable that they may have jumped on him. I’m not concerned with fan opinions but IF the Bills organization truly don’t think he’s ready to contribute, then that is obviously concerning.

Tough to trust random people on the internet but I found this story from a fan potentially concerning. The fan who wrote this has been a member of that Bills forum for 19 years, so I'm hoping he wouldn't just make this up. "One of the beat writers was at a wedding I was at this past weekend. Not gonna say who. He 'says' that word around camp is that Elam isn’t anywhere near where the Bills had hoped in terms of starting week one or contributing." (link) I know there have been reports that he has struggled at times, but I hadn't yet seen anything that indicates that the Bills are realizing that Elam is just not ready to contribute. Especially upsetting with reports than McDuffie has looked impressive in Chiefs camp.
