I wish that were true, but I read that radiant heating will still only be in the VIP areas.

That would be great but I think I read the PSL’s are already earmarked to pay for the NFL loan and Pegula’s portion. When all is said and done, Pegula will likely pay for about 10%~ of the stadium. The crazy part is that some of problems with the stadium could be fixed without spending much extra money. Reallocate funds. It is SO generic.
-
I’m already paying my part of the close to billion dollars NYS & Erie County gave them. I will then pay even more via PSL which will go toward the NFL money they got for the stadium. Pegula is paying very little of this project.

Yep. And are these fans entering a football stadium…. or Macy’s? What is with these entrances?

It’s of course just personal opinion but here are a few of the newest NFL stadiums: And then here is the Bills new stadium: It looks generic. Boring. Unappealing. Nothing screams “Buffalo” to me. There are no unique features that stand out and make people instantly say “oh that’s the Bills stadium”. Looking from the outside I can’t tell if it’s an airport, a soccer stadium, or a place to watch football. And it looks like it’s old already. More like an early 2000’s stadium. If you were visiting a city you’ve never been and they told you this stadium was built in 2002, would you even question it? Probably not. It looks like a generic 2002 stadium. Like someone out of Madden build-a-stadium. In fact it kinda-sorta looks like a more shapely Metlife stadium, which was built a decade and a half ago and is universally panned by Jets & Giants fans. With taxpayers contributing nearly $1B, I am bothered by getting a generic, boring, unappealing stadium.
-
Or the billionaire owner could contribute a bit more. I don’t like Kroenke all that much but I give him credit for writing a $5B check for his stadium. Edit: Robert Kraft too

The Vikings new stadium addressed this and it is beautiful. I wish we just copy/pasted their stadium.

This is where i’m at. Seems underwhelming for $1.4 billion or whatever the cost is at right now. The Vikings got that taj mahal of a stadium for about the same price, albeit 5 or so years ago. Axthally, the more I look at it the more I really dislike it. No real discernible features. Looks like a soccer stadium mixed with MetLife.

Unless the Bills absolutely nail the draft, I don’t see them as a legitimate Super Bowl contender next year. Playoff team? Sure. But it will be so much harder. The Jets defense is legit and they have a stud at both WR and RB, and all signs point to them signing a capable veteran QB (maybe Carr?). They’re a playoff team with Carr last season. The Dolphins issue in 2022 was defense. They just hired Vic Fangio who is an elite defensive mind and you can bet theylll sign and draft some defense guys too. Tua has marshmallow brain but he doesn’t have to do much with the abundance of riches he has on offense. Dont sleep on the Patriots either. Bill O’Brein was a good signing. Mac is still Mac but O’Brein will get the best out of Mac.

Nonsense speculation from a talking head begging for attention

My sister just had hers forgiven as well. She has been in the public schools for nearly 20 years and is a Vice Principal.

Great post. I too don't think the example I gave proves anything. But I do believe regardless. Speaking of people without preconceived notions, I just saw a video the other day of an atheist who had an NDE and it shook her to the core. The ones that really get me are the out-of-body experiences where the person knows something that simply can't be possible within the constraint of a human body. For example, I read one NDE where the person was in the operating room, coded, floated above their body and throughout the hospital into the waiting room and saw their family members talking and waiting for the surgery to be over. A few days after they were brought back to life, they told their family about the conversation she heard them having in that waiting room. And it was accurate. The waiting room was quite far away from the operating room and it would be impossible for them to have heard it.

I know science tries to explain them away but I believe them. There are hundreds of thousands (maybe millions) of people who describe their NDE's. Here is one to get you started, if your new to them:

That was my original thought, but to my knowledge he has never done this during the previous 20+ years of heartbreak and overdramatic poss.

Do you remember the quality of receivers Brady was winning SB’s with?

Great post. As I said, great argument to be made that he is a #3. 12% of his total yardage coming on 1 reception is insane.
-
I think there is a case to be made for both a mediocre #2 and a #3. 79th in receptions - That would make a #3 WR 33rd in yards - That would make him a #2 WR 2nd in yards/rec - That would make him a #1 WR 186th in catch % - That would make him a #6 WR But you also have to take into account that he is in one of the most pass-happy offenses in the NFL. I think there is a definite argument to be made that he puts up #3 WR numbers in a normal offense.

I disagree on most of your "hard" labels. These are basic NFL catches. They may be hard in high school, but not in the NFL.
-
most of those were not difficult catches by any means

Still hope an AFC team gives him that.
