He 100% said something was his fault. What that something is, we don’t know.
Allen was asked in the press conference if Vinovich apologized and Josh responded along the lines of “I won’t get into that”.
Easier said than done, but we also simply need to score every time we have the ball. If we can put Baltimore into a quick 14 point hole, it will be tough for them to continue running over and over and over again.
Not exactly the type of weather that makes guys inclined to want to tackle a 250 pound running back.
Hurts more when it’s cold.
Guys gotta come amped up and stay that way.
he didn’t have to be anywhere near the ball. He just had to block the person going to the ball from getting there. this is taught in middle school football.
edit: On second look, Shakir actually made a half ass attempt to block him
No idea what game you were watching but the ST’s were below average as usual.
- Martin almost got blocked on our one punt (watch it again). His lead up is soooo long.
- Gave up a first down on a fake punt that Tony Romo predicted after watching them turn their backs in practice when guarding the gunners (but apparently Smiley didn’t).
- No one blocked Denver’s punt team from downing the ball at the 1 yard line. All it would take is blocking the one Bronco near the endzone.
I suppose you can say they didn’t give up anything catastrophic, but they certainly did not play well.
