  1. Or as I prefer to speculate records will already be set and the current record holder rests up for some records in playoffs. But that's my preference when I try to imagine future facts. You imagine your way I'll stick with my imagination.
  2. Plus he's not gonna wanna play for a team that doesn't seem to care about injured players. I certainly prefer the way Bills manage injuries. If the only receiver they have would be OBJ he be hammered and that's not something that would be smart for a player just coming off an acl injury/surgery. Obj is looking to collect another SB ring not another injury.
  3. Might get pressure or sacks with just our DL. No blitzing will set up our cbs for some ints, and Josh and the offense will keep the Jets pressing to score to keep up. I don't see Wilson going toe to toe with Allen so I'm not concerned and I doubt they will need to blitz don't think they have the players to keep up.
  4. Also he's playing close to home and maybe it's given him a little extra enjoyment as he's likely got lot of family and friends cheering him on. When you are having fun playing its not unusual to be playing better. There's also much lower pressure playing for the Texans than current Bills. As for whether the Bills Would have re-signed Hughes I'd say possibly but it would have been for more team friendly rates. The Bills respected Hughes enough to let him earn a paycheck if there was one which there was as he signed with Texans as did Addison was it?
  5. Thinking the Jets feel they can get in our players heads and that will make it easier for them to defend when Josh and the offense isn't focused. I like to think our guys used the GB game to appear to be playing badly due to having been rattled and they will demoralize the Jets defenders into easy submission to their fate of being a stepping stone to this seasons eventual SB champs.
  6. I just see this as an attempt to get into our players heads. Let him talk and whine to the media and Josh and the offense should just focus on doing what they do taking what is open on any given play. Our guys playing their game beats their guys playing their game if they keep their focus where it should be. Let them make the stupid mistakes when they can't keep up with the Bills.
  7. Nah Elon would just push to have games played on Mars.
  8. Really think someone with enough money to consider buying WFT would want to be minority partner with Snyder? Not likely imo. And other owners get to vote on any new ownership.
  9. Maybe follow him on Twitter and just message him you are concerned he could cause accident driving as you witnessed. If he is the good kid which I believe we ve is true I bet he'll reflect on that and realize the few seconds he saved was not worth the risk of causing an accident. Equally I'm not sure he has lived in wny long enough to really learn the way to handle slick icy roads as the weather here turns. Sometimes the cold slick roads are not the best place to peel rubber from a stop regardless of any traffic nearby. Could easily just cause only an accident with his own vehicle in the right conditions that he never dealt with in FL. It's a concern for his safety as well as safety of any other person that could be involved in an accident when one or both parties are not following driving laws.
  10. Every team is trying to improve in order to beat the Bills so few teams are willing to help the Bills with a trade.
  11. I actually think an easier path in football leads to being less prepared. I rather see opponents giving their best against our team playing their best. You win those games then you have it easier in the more important games as you have been playing at that level throughout the season and no shifting gears is needed just do what you always do.
  12. Problem with that is then you are getting Josh running the ball constantly.
  13. The old timers as you call it invented the ipods and the internet. Up to you new-timers to improve upon those in future years. Lack of basic communication skills could prevent that from occurring.
  14. Allen and Mahomes both also have lucrative endorsement deals. They are the two best QBs and by far are the most entertaining players to watch play. That added income can certainly leave the option of whether to help the team when needed for cap purposes. Doesn't mean they are obligated to consider taking less in their contracts but it also affords them the choice to do so without suffering much loss in income.
  15. And as Josh is considered one of the top players in the NFL and he's starting to garner lots of endorsement deals. He's got a solid positive image and is a first class leader he's gonna make enough in endorsements he can decide whether he signs team friendly, deals going forward. When it helps give a valued teammate a deserved raise I expect Josh will certainly opt for a tad less to facilitate those raises when its needed.
  16. It is also where the number of HC's hire sons getting them in the system. Some may even be decent coaches having learned from their fathers but there's also plenty of dead weight only collecting a check never earning it.
  17. So he's gonna wake up and retire? He still needs someone on the other end to catch passes regardless of how he can turn it on.
  18. Certain Geno Smith may have some extra motivation to beating his former team. Not that it really matters I don't see any afce team challenging the Bills for the Division until they set themselves up with enough elite defensive talents to unseat a Josh lead Bills offense. Very few teams can even hope to match Josh and it usually takes an extreme act of nature to pull out a victory. NE with the strong wind last year, this year Miamis extreme heat.
  19. Who is Schatz? And why does it matter if they like or hate Allen? Hey its the offenses fault they have to start at their 1 yd line now to even get a chance at breaking the Bills record that they tied.
  20. I'd be surprised if he even got his free college degree. I'm gonna guess he didn't bother graduating once he signed his rookie contract. And I'm sure Clemson has plenty of the Jock classes to help their athletes maintain academic standing.
  21. Just shows Sammy is very limited in his mental abilities. He got away with it in the college game because of his speed. In the pros lot of athletic talent can be shut down with proper counter techniques by smarter players. He doesn't push himself to be better because he doesn't really care about the game. For him he's only cashing a paycheck and he's going to do as little as he possibly can and still cash the checks.
  22. More like Paton as Denvers gm screwed the pooch. Thought they could just buy another franchise QB like when Peyton had his swansong season winning his 2nd SB. Don't think that's gonna happen with Russ.
  23. Just that slip on the qb sneak by Josh. Just like anyone walking and something little trips them up out of the blue. Maybe a little tired and a step brushed against the ground with just enough force to cause a trip. Doesn't mean the person who tripped is incapable of walking suddenly... it was just bad luck. Did notice how Dorsey added the wrinkle of Gabe Davis pushing Josh from behind as a stumble protection. That itself has risks. Had there been any type of issue with the snap handoff being off then Josh getting pushed as he maybe reflexively going after the fumbled loose ball he might have to reenact his Dallas Thanksgiving recovery. Having said that as it is Josh he seems to thrive and actually makes the correct moves under fire. Must be all the call of duty he plays. Get used to getting the job done under adverse conditions. Even if it's just simulating combat I would guess these guys play those games pretty seriously.
  24. I'm wondering if they are grading on a curve. With our backups performing well and our teams sustaining their successes not skipping a beat with the backups -- are they deeming Whites stand in a starter on par with White regardless that it's only because white is still not healthy to play, though he is close.
