Nothing wrong with having family a priority over football even if it's your current job. After they kept him in the Bills game after his concussion, I hope he may think seriously about finding a different team that doesn't ignore concussions. Bad enough he had that serious hip injury that will no doubt impact his life in his older years, he will possibly develop some brain disorders as well. He is very likeable as a person and I admit I do require opposing NFL players to be good people to even consider liking them. As such if Miami still treats player safety with such disregard, I hope he decides to force a trade to a team that does prioritize player safety. Yes this includes their stadium not providing sufficient shade in dangerously high temperatures to the opposing team players to get an edge. I bet Andrew Luck doesn't regret opting to cash in to enjoy his life with his family as best he can without the constant battering he took.

Don't remember much about his plays just remember his family responding to criticism of his play and how could he catch anything from a inaccurate qb. His dad insisting the problem was Josh not zay. I'm not a big fan of players that have baggage of family that generate negativity or do stupid things ala pats brother as well as obnoxious wife.

Now I may be incorrect but I tend to think that some of the 'softbess' we see at times in the game might be not being timid just being aware that the team cannot sustain more serious injuries and so they may not bring the lumber so to speak when they go to tackle. Did see white make a few solid tackles butas he's trying to prove he's back to his old self to himself he will tend to put in more solid hits to feel like his old self. Milano has a known history of getting knicked up no surprise when he does deliver the hits like against white vs Jets that caused rib injury. So if they feel the offense is getting the job done and they get dinged for some yards I'm ok with the tradeoff when it keeps the injuries away. There will be future seasons where the team can get on a 21 game win streak finally relegating the 72 Dolphins into drinking Metamucil instead of champagne.

I'd like to see a designed no waddle dance by white when he breaks up passes to waddle. Even if he gets a taunting penalty for it. Like do a waddle then sweep his arms like refs when signaling ball sailed out of bounds as if to tell waddle to get the waddle out oc here. Or he takes the flattened waddle hand brings it waddling inverted under his chin as to say not happening waddle. Bet Josh could help with his penchant for handshake moves he could help design a waddle rebuttal celebration when he's stopped.

I prefer the hard fought battles. Really prepares the players for the playoffs where you lose you go home. Sure it's frustrating when there are mishaps and twists and turns unexpected but learning to deal with those situations you can handle them better when it may count alot more. The close loss to our Bills can cause the Dolphins a bit in team chemistry. Not all teams share a strongly bindedcteam. Alot of that is developed by overcoming adverse situations. So while the outcome is still in doubt it is very nerve-wracking, but the successful defeat in a close contest is more satisfying than an easy one sided game that offers no challenges. The harder something is to attain the more value most people attach to that goal.

And don't forget the defense only allowing 29 points. Guess if you are one of the above teams they get different results based in those same scores.

I don't know why the league doesn't look to sumo wrestlers for oline talent. Lol that would be a solid beefed up line if they got some of those fat guys. At the very least they could try to produce some solid ol talent that learns the skills needed in nfl opposed to college ball. Give some of these oline gurus on the nfl dime to train players in basic blocking skills.

I actually think Josh maybe has too much input in what plays get called. Also we never know how often Josh may switch up the called play into another play. I'm thinking it's a bit and that an equal number of the bad Allen plays get offset by his wow Josh allen is not being denied. Probably fuelled by his being upset with himself. It's big reason they don't really put him into lock down run plays as called. May be completely wrong but it's just the vibe get.

Think it was Mother Nature always siding with the home team. In Miami it was hot temps. In Buffalo that would cause flooding so she let's the snow fall. Buffalo do better in cold than Tua fish. And best revenge is always served cold.

Maybe no Diggs but then maybe we draft Jefferson on draft day and have dk and Jefferson 1-2 punch. We will never know what would have changed if the pick was different.

Even Bruce Smith wasn't HoF Bruce his rookie year. He grew into his dominate play as he learned how to train his body to work as well as it did.

While I always rather the team wins HFA it really shouldn't matter to the players. Anytime you are playing for a championship you give it your best game and won't matter the location.

Plus the toll of getting injured can take the love of the game and diminish it a la Luck. I think McBeane will build the wall to protect Allen and then Allen will really bloom.

And really if it turns out that Gabe + Allen + playoff game = stats comparable to the Chiefs game I'll learn to live with a not really a wr2 but a dang clutch playoff tag team with Diggs and Knox also making up a clutch scoring quartet in PO's. If he and Josh manage to set any new SB receiving record I'll just cry silently thinking what could have been if only he was consistent in rrg season over clutch in PO's because really it's more about the fantasy points he earns for you in the reg season. Everyone knows that.
