Hey while the games themselves in preseason aren't worth anything but practice they can still get some wear and tear on players so if nothing else you let Isabella take some of the knicks and bruises from are top dogs I mean we won't play are top guys in last preseason game but still want to get in the reps on plays they want to practice and feedback on how well they execute them.

That learning curve history for TEs is a valid concern for the traditional TEs coming from college many likely were Tes in HS as well so they follow traditional progress. Kincaid is an outlier in that he's just now becoming a seasoned football athlete as he started playing football much later than most drafted players who dreamed of getting into the NFL. Kincaid took a different approach and he certainly trained his catching skills better than many offensive players. So I imagine Kincaid is going to set his own development schedule and being he's relatively new to the position he likely will be more easily molded to how we want to play him. As for these athletes that crave the speed in their ride, why don't they rent time at a local racing venue they could speed all they want for their thrills while minimizing danger to everyone else.

And I read someone that is familiar with Kromer that he typically sees better results from players in his system in their second year playing it. Guess it takes a bit to learn it.

Because the more important thing was picking themselves back up and getting back time after time. It is why any dramatic comeback win games in the NFL are usually amongst the best classic games.

I've heard it said kromer gets better results from players in their 2nd year in his system. We will see on those returning and the new pieces might fit better. Gotta think kromer had some input in the guys they brought in.

A lot of it is also how any ref crew calls a game. We all see the missed calls or the calls that really should never have been called. The trenches are where the refs really can influence the games outcome.

More so than avoiding contact I think he needed to tone down the rhetoric of being a football player first qb second. I always get a sense there are plenty of players that are more than willing to hit a bit harder if you laugh when they do hit you. It's like they are responding with ok laugh at that one as they maybe inflict enough extra to cause even minor injuries. Injuries will happen no matter what you do to try prevent them so it is always very foolish to go looking for the contact that can cause them. Also in games where the win is firmly in hand they need to get the backup some playing time too.

Nope never saw that but everglades has plenty of snakes and gators that would consider people snacks so I'd pass on swamps as well as oceans.
