  1. Picking 32 won't be lot of the top talent left but I'd go with best ol keep that line improving and all our skill players will have easier games doing what they do at a high level.
  2. Well he certainly grew up with football so he knows slot just being son of a good coach. He also got to watch other great coaches. Sign of a good coach is ability to teach the players their system. When they can also explain to general fans some of how they do things then it's pretty certain that person is able to teach football concepts to football players. When the defense is well working unit it's because the players know the defense and to extent the why's so can adjust when things are a bit different.
  3. I prefer the extra games we get to watch on TV nationally to be the post season playoff games.
  4. Dirsey should design a bunch of plays to counter any plays that Brown gets beaten on. If he's up against a player he can't handle they can run some screens or counter draw runs to take that defender out if play and hopefully it will ratchet down their aggressiveness if we use it to our advantage without Josh taking off and taking some hits.
  5. Well we will see what ol are cut just before season starts. Might find a stopgap if we need one then to get thru the season. With luck we'll be picking last in first round next year and maybe a good ot prospect falls to us at that pick.
  6. The only steep drop-off I can see in regards to losing Edmunds will be in defensive stats and rankings and I don't even know if there will be any downgrade. We may arrive at a ranking with a different overall defensive identity without Edmunds, but we may retain or even improve as a defense with whomever wins the spot to teaming up with Milano. I actually think we will want the defense to be on the field little bit to give our offense time to rest because they will be playing at a high pace and will need time for orange slices and the flossing afterwards.
  7. This is one place where I hope McD self evaluates to point he trusts his rookies to integrate into the team and the skills they bring will be bolstered by the existing talent. This while adding enough variation that opponents are left with too many weaknesses to cover up. I really think our offense is gonna go to next level and it won't even be close. Our defense will be opportunistic and likely won't be rated highly in many stats but they will keep opponents stymied in keeping pace with our offenses scoring prowess.
  8. Indeed. Just because the Bills seem to have plenty of talent at safety not all remaining 31 teams are set at safety plus there will be injured safeties during the course of the year and Hamlin at least has some name recognition most other fan bases would give him a shot to help them thru an injury or just a upgrade period from what they may have now. This would allow the nfl to assist in getting Hamlin the required seasons toward pension and in a way that even makes sense to have him e as se back into the football grind while he still learning the pro game. Who's to say Damarr Hamlin hasn't decided he wants to spend more time doing his foundation work over football. Can never tell what changes an experience like this may impact on that person's outlook. Until any of us comes back from the dead after a similar instance we can only speculate how we'd want to proceed.
  9. Anyone know what local station will be broadcasting the preseason games?
  10. I don't think that she can't be photographed in public it is just giving a person thats still not 100% (and I believe if Kim felt 100% back to normal she'd be back at the teams offices at least in a light workload capacity maybe just oversee things going well) the time and space to recuperate.
  11. He likely feels Davis only has those numbers here because he's not the # 1 threat so he's left open more than if he was the #1.
  12. Who says you can't win the Off season. This sure looks like a big win to me. Welcome home Kim.
  13. Well possible of course but it's equally plausible they got the players that can compliment each other and practicing against our new plsymakers will keep them ready to shut down opponents. I can see our defense raise their recent game and I can see the Bills offense right there with them and I don't think Bills new offense is gonna be stopped by any defensescout there. No one has the defensive horses to stop them and I dont see the Bills vets regressing they are still very hungry and I think they are more focused and players will be as healthy as Bills trainers usually keep them fit with all the therapies they offer players on getzingnover bumps and bruises. Last year they were overwhelmed. This year they will overwhelm other teams as Josh and company claim their rightful place.
  14. I agree with you I don't like the ending to last year but I'm thinking they learned a lot about themselves and they were dealt a bad hand but I'm expecting we got a rare outlier in Kincaid. He will be a frontrunner from the get go for ORoY. The fact that he just clicks with Josh and Dawson -- I expect them to dress up as the 3 amigos if there is a ssbres game on Halloween this year. It's just so nice to have some size with talent as receiving positions, wr and te. Keeping our opponents looking for help to withstand the bombardment they will face. I just don't even believe we have seen Josh such his ceiling yet think there's still a lot he's gonna show fans. While Diggs doesn't think he could call a game to save his life as a receiver his focus wasn't on strategy in that sense. Josh as a QB has always had that as part of the process of learning to be the QB. One reason he flourished with Daboll is they were able to relate on those types of details. I think he has that communication with Dorsey though last year itwas hard to add new wrinkles on top of dealing with the limitations on some short throws due to injury. Was this the first year Allen went to throw at TE University? What better reps can you get working on 12 personnel concepts San smack dab in the company of the best tes playing in the game today that want to raise the skills of promising and coachable young players who want to learn from them.
  15. I'm hoping the fact that Briwn took the HR crown from Josh at Micahs charity game. The fact he was able to swing the bat with the proper velocity on his turning during the swinging process shows the back surgery has healed up to the extent it may allow Brown to use his leverage abilities. I'm sure he worked on strengthening his core strength once the healing was done.
  16. Well seems McD is allowing Dorsey and the offense to do their offensive planning which is as it should be. And it needs to see what play designs will work well. Having a bunch of tall playmskers is gonna make things much easier on Allen. And I love hearing they have run some well executed screenplays. That alone can send oline efficiency soaring to top 10 - 15 easily. And it keeps our defense on their toes defending those plays better. Hard to get defense sharp against a play u can't run well by your offense.
  17. And while tempers can flare up time to time the real test is when it's an opponent going against you. You can learn teammates tendencies plus they aren't trying to crush each other. The preseason games are gonna be the test I want to see passed.
  18. I'm thinking maybe individual players just need to jerryrig something for themselves in such conditions. Don't know how much say the league has in what clothing they wear under their pads. I doubt they have any say.
  19. Wonder if there are any type of cooling garments they could wear under pads in such high Temps to keep p layers cooled to a safe body temp as they are exerting such energy. I'd think even simply adding some areas in current unis to place strategically located slots they can have players toss in some very light ice packs they could just swap them out as they melt throw the melted ones into a freezer in locker room. Don't even know whether a player would need to get approval to alter their undershirts that way if they have to play Miami in extreme heat.
  20. Not sure what chatGPT is.
  21. There is no way the law profession is going to let this set back their penchant for arguing such cases. What would actually be worth it is if social media would stop with this cancel culture with no facts on any situation. There are abusers on both sides. Personally if I had ever been assaulted in the way the accuser alleged no way would I seek to sue for monetary d a makes like they did against araiza because of his nfl notoriety. I mean that's just making her a prostitute which likely isn't too far off given the reports from people on how she was looking to hookup with anyone she could there.
  22. Yea a big firm would do it p ro Bono for a solid case there are firms that specialize in these types of assaults both for defending and prosecuting such crimes. And we all know big law firms have deep pockets as well as the politics of the laws on these crimes. Didn't the woman and her lawyer still have the lawsuit against araiza even after the f as cts showed he was not at the re D idence when everything occurred? I'm guessing that court tv is gonna pay big $$ to get to televise any litigation as tiny in the case a la Depp/Heard of last year.
  23. Don't think there's a wrongful termination suit available as no one is entitled to a spot on an NFL team. Even the 1st overall pick every year is not a lock if anything like this were directed at them.
  24. Well I do like the Bills pr depth they do good work so let's hope they can come up with something they can spin for positive media attention and let's the Bills keep the best players. I'm expecting a SB win this season and I'd love to see Hamlin get one even if it's just because they got him on the PS where any team could sign him if they have a injury to their safeties.
  25. Well there are ways the Bills and league can see he gets to a team needing safety help. Like a trade of surplus safety to needy team. If they need some positive media then Hamlin can provide that. It is also possible Hamlin himself sees he's not cutting it sand chooses to accept a ps position that gives him whatever salary txhey agree on and easily could sweeten it , don't really know how well he grades out compared to other safeties in the league to know if there's any market for him at all. If all else fails I'd be okay if they just decided to someway make some exception by league to allow Hamlin to draw a nfl pension if he agrees to it over being treated like that packer getting cut hours after being we ished a happy birthday.
