I have a Kindle 2. eInk truly is unreal. JUST like reading off a page from a book. I do not miss not holding a book, but thats just me.

I'm not drinking today because it's St. Patrick's day. That's for amateurs. I'm drinking today because I'm a drunk from Buffalo, NY and that's what I do on Wednesdays.

After thinking/reading more about it, I'm not going to be getting the iPad. I am looking at either a Dell XT2 or an HP TX2. How nice of Dell and HP to name the two models of touchpad tablets almost exactly the same thing...

I have a kindle. Like it. My concern is reading on a screen rather than with eInk will really drain on the eyes.

I'm torn. The critics are right to say its just like a giant iPod Touch. But to be honest, the idea of that sounds pretty cool. I don't like that it doesn't use eInk for its books, but that would still be a nice thing to have. there is an app that would allow me to use my work email, but no drives, no usb imputs, etc, make it no where near an actual laptop. What are everyone's thoughts?

Never realized how much politics play into our "love" of bud, coors, and miller. Funny portion when they go to a bar and blind taste test die hard bud, coors, and miller drinkers. Also, how the 3 tier system makes stories liike fat tire even more impressive. I won't lie, I have a case of bud in my fridge now, but this documentary is really interesting. I have Cox cable and it was on demand.

As I've said in other threads, i have gone through countless cell phones. I could never find one I loved and could keep for over a month. I did LOVE the iPhone, but once I moved to AZ, I realized I just couldn't keep a cell phone that couldn't, well, make a phone call. AT&Ts reception is just amazingly awful. In Buffalo, I had to sit the iPhone on the perfect spot on my desk to get one bar of reception. Here in Tucson? Zip. Anyway, I still have the Droid and LOVE it. I use GOOD messaging for my work Outlook email and calander. On any Windows mobile phone (my last one was the HTC Touch Pro 2, awful phone), GOOD basically took over the phone. He's a nice guy who just doesn't excel at his chosen career path. Head coaching isn't for him. That sucks just like the people who leave my company or yours who it turns out "weren't a good job fit". I'm not disagreeing with your sentiment. Its always a big speedbump in life when you realize you need to shift job paths, especially at Dick's age, but I think he's had PLENTY of chances, more than most would, to try to excel in the path of head coach. Didn't work out. Maybe sunglasses model? (I kid.)

That's what I was wondering. You suck at your job, you get fired. Just because you do 1/7th of your job on TV doesn't mean I feel any worse than I do for anyone else who gets fired due to incompetence.
