  1. Depending on price, sure. I pay $250 for Sunday Ticket really only for the Bills games. So that's over $15 a game. I paid $175 I think for center ice, $50 this year, so that's clearly less, but yes I would. Especially if I could pay ala cart for other channels and have my cable bill be $40 a month for the 6 channels I watch vs $90 for 200 channels I don't.
  2. Up until right now I had no idea joesixpack and joe_the_6_pack were two different posters. Guess I've never seen you two post back to back.
  3. If Bill Polian says he's a top ten pick, no offense fellas, but holy **** do I trust his opinion more than anyone's here.
  4. I know when things are new, it's easy to call it the coolest, best, greatest, etc... But, has anyone heard of a more bizarre story ever in sports history? Is this THE most bizarre story involving a big name athlete you have ever heard?
  5. So meeting someone who didn't exist is ok if it's only once?
  6. Ask me if I want a guy who may have stabbed two people. I think the Ravens are OK with that seeing as they are playing Sunday. If he leads us to the playoffs, he can have as many fake dead girlfriends as he wants.
  7. 3 responses using the word Snuffalupagus posted in the same minute. Normally that would be weird. Given the topic, it's status quo.
  8. If I recall, Snuffalupagus was Big Birds imaginary friend.
  9. Bill Polian on ESPN right now said he's certainly a top 10 draft pick.
  10. Whichever way you feel, it would be in your best interest to search twitter for "Te'o". It's times like these when the Internet shines its brightest: @ndyWillis: I hope they bring Te'o's girlfriend back in season 3. @funnyordie: Manti Te'o will meet even faker girls once he's an NFL millionaire. @EvilMikeTomlin: Manti Te'o just changed his Facebook status to 'its complicated' @FauxJohnMadden: On the bright side for Manti Te'o, his relationship was probably better than any Taylor Swift has had. @clubtrillion: Somewhere Donald Trump is trying to make a connection between Te'o (Hawaiian) faking a GF & Obama (Hawaiian) faking his birth certificate. And my favorite yet: @DConDelight: "Manti Te'o may have just pulled the 3rd grade "I have a girlfriend. She just goes to another school," prank on the entire United States."
  11. Joe, for what it's worth, based on your Internet posts, I think you're beautiful.
  12. http://www.buzzfeed.com/ktlincoln/hear-manti-teo-speaking-about-his-fake-dead-girlf Manti's interview about her. Sure doesn't sound like an Internet relationship.....
  13. I'd get the online hoax if he didn't vacation with her in Hawaii. Aren't people claiming that happened? I still don't know what the !@#$ is going in here but didn't he say that? I don't know. This is a mind !@#$.
  14. And another of his tweets: You wanna know what's weirder than Manti Teo making up a girlfriend then pretend killing her? Nothing.
  15. I went to the ND Wake game so I'm 99% sure the season existed.
  16. Teo's statement. Sorry if it was posted earlier. Te'o issued a statement Tuesday afternoon: "This is incredibly embarrassing to talk about, but over an extended period of time, I developed an emotional relationship with a woman I met online. We maintained what I thought to be an authentic relationship by communicating frequently online and on the phone, and I grew to care deeply about her. "To realize that I was the victim of what was apparently someone's sick joke and constant lies was, and is, painful and humiliating. "It further pains me that the grief I felt and the sympathies expressed to me at the time of my grandmother's death in September were in any way deepened by what I believed to be another significant loss in my life. "I am enormously grateful for the support of my family, friends and Notre Dame fans throughout this year. To think that I shared with them my happiness about my relationship and details that I thought to be true about her just makes me sick. I hope that people can understand how trying and confusing this whole experience has been. "In retrospect, I obviously should have been much more cautious. If anything good comes of this, I hope it is that others will be far more guarded when they engage with people online than I was. "Fortunately, I have many wonderful things in my life, and I'm looking forward to putting this painful experience behind me as I focus on preparing for the NFL Draft."
  17. I've read everything there is about this so far and have no !@#$ing clue what's going on.
