Doctors say 2 a day but I drink zero from Sun - Thursday. Then several on Friday happy hour(S) and day drink Saturdays. Funny this topic came up because I just thought about taking 90 days off just for health reasons and to see if I could. This will sound sad, but my wife and I love having drinks and food so much on saturdays that I need to figure out what other people do on Saturdays.

I would have NEVER tried meditation before a friend recommended 10% Happier by Dan Harris. I can't recommend it enough. Read it, then find a meditation app (Headspace is a great one). You have nothing to lose but a few hours if you somehow hate the book. The book focuses on meditation for anxiety but it absolutely helps for depression too. I understand meditation has a strange reputation and that's why Dan's book is so good - he addresses that head on. Combined with medication, meditation can really help.

I do have buddy down here who makes his own sauce at at somewhat large scale (Speedy's hot sauce). Its an awesome line of sauces - and he despises all vinegar bases sauces.
