Isn’t the bigger question why we still play the anthem before sporting events? Why not the pledge of allegiance? A reading of the bill of rights (which last time I checked included the freedom of expression)? And if we’re going to play the anthem before sporting events, why not before the Opera, movies, concerts? This is so silly. And I’m dumbfounded that this poll has more than zero votes for “no, i wouldn’t support that.” It’s his choice. And he leads a group of guys who beat up other guys for our entertainment. But I again go back to the question of why we feel sports are the one thing we watch for entertainment that must start with the national anthem.

Great post. Thanks!

I’ve been drinking for days. I just took a BM that is better than Peterman. -

Breath in. Mantra “Fifth round pick for a much needed backup to the most important position in all of Pro sports.” Breath out. -

Wrong. This is the end of the Bills organization. -

Best available by a mile. GREAT PICK. Accurate. Put a little heat on Josh and/or a backup in case he gets hurt. -

Agreed. But for #1, that might be in his second season. Empty stadiums this year, most likely. -

Damn you Tito’s. I missed this pick because of you. Great Value. Would have been 2nd round last year if he had declared. Our backfield is young, but talented. Now we just need... wait, do we need anything else? Holy *****... are we good almost everywhere? Is Tito’s good with coffee? -

We will win every game 3-0 next year. I was hoping for Dobbins, but clearly we’re going to pick up a RB later? -

Mentioned this in the other small draft thread that got killed, but ***** Harry Connick Jr for losing SB XVI for us. -
Too soon.

Well this ***** corona virus might just kill this dream trip for my dad and I. Ok, I’m done complaining - safety first. I’d Augusta National decides to cancel or not allow fans to come, I guess my old man and I will be heading to the 2021 Masters.

As far as following the rules, per the contract I have, if I were to get kicked out, I owe $15k PER PASS. I think I’ll down more sandwiches than beers

Thanks Augie. My dad worked for 41 years at HSBC downtown. Let’s just say he wasn’t “passionate” about that job. But he did it to pay for everything our family of six had and to pay for all my sisters and me to go to college. He loves golf. LOVES IT. Shot his first hole in one several years ago; it was in the Buffalo news I got very lucky with work and make enough where I can afford to take him. So, last year for Father’s Day, I sent him a plane ticket to Atlanta. He called and said “what the ***** is this?” I already had the passes set up, an Airbnb, and everything else set up. According to my sisters and my mom, it took him weeks to stop talking about how excited he was to go. This post sounds like I’m bragging for being a good son. Far from it. My 74 year old Dad deserves to walk Augusta National and have Pimento cheese samdwhich and a beer on Masters Sunday. And yes, if he knew how much I spent, he’d pretend to be pissed off.

Taking my dad to Augusta for Sunday of the Masters this year. Passes were NOT cheap (you actually rent passes, sign a contract longer than my mortgage to get them) but he’s a huge golf fan and got me into the game. Should be a cool trip.
