    Neither is NE. The AFC is WEAK this year (that doesn’t apply to Dallas I understand) but as much as we’re “not as good as our 8-3 record,” neither is NE as good as their 9-1. In any other division, we wouldn’t be worried about “sneaking into the playoffs.”

    My wife and I will be flying into Buffalo this week, as we do every year for thanksgiving. I texted my dad, who is 74, asking how he’s brought up the subject of a Bills game happening while my mom is preparing dinner for 20 people. We normally eat dinner around 4:00. He said “She knows. Dinner normally takes 11 minutes. We eat at halftime.”

    Had several beers during the game. Thought “nice! Have a game of interest after the Bills game!” Then I realized it was pitch black outside and I want to go to bed at 5:10pm. ***** daylight savings time.

    Love the idea of him making #3. Absolutely HATE the idea of changing even a single play just for the sake of the record. He’ll get it. If it’s today, and part of the game plan, awesome. If not, I’ll wait until I’m so full of stuffing John Madden would make a trophy out of me.
