Getting upset every time a woman is fired is just as bad as the right not getting upset when a qualified woman misses out on a role based on her gender. You can’t have it both ways. Women will get fired. And most of the time - just like men getting fired - they deserve it. Not complaining when a woman gets fired for cause is where real equality starts.
