Forcing Josh to stay in the pocket makes sense on paper but it’s not his natural instinct. Let him play his game.

The most important words in the entire post were “and if not for...” Those things DID happen. Doesn’t everyone say “good teams get lucky?”

Soft schedule to this point for sure. But why worry about it? We’re 5-1. Are we winning the SB this year? Most likely not. But neither are 30 other teams. All I care about is that the “process” seems to be working. Our defense sucked today and let up 21 points. To a ***** team. They clearly took the day off. But when it mattered, they showed up. They beat a team they should have. Lets just enjoy the ride. Win a wild card game this year and then who knows.

Most of us have a concept of just really wanting a winning season. He’s not a consistent 300 yard passer. So will one 300 yard game make you happy? If so, why? We’re 5 and ***** 1.

Trent Dilfer has a Super Bowl ring. If our defense stays this strong (and yes I think they took today off and still won the game) I couldn’t give a flying ***** if Josh never throws for 300 yards.
