  1. Acceptable first drive if you’re the “I like near perfection” type.
  2. I had to reschedule my second one by two days, my doctor said it was fine. I felt pretty rough for four hours or so roughly 24 hours after the second shot. I just assumed my new battery was running low while my bloodstream was searching for a 5G signal. All good the next morning.
  3. I don’t think the horse collar tackle should be allowed while the QB is in the pocket. I think the player’s safety is just as much at risk in the pocket as outside of it when tackled by the back of the jersey. I think that logic is backwards. But that’s the NFL’s rule; horse collar isn’t against the rules if done while the QB is in the pocket. I can stomp my feet all day long about how that doesn’t make sense, but it won’t change because I don’t understand it. Also, players are made aware of the rule. It’s not for me to like it or not, or approve of it.
  4. But you’re wrong. The close contact rule doesn’t apply the same for the vaccinated vs non, as someone else pointed out.
  5. All of us, in the front or in the back, know this. But we also know two things: 1) it’s generally accepted that if vaccinated, your symptoms are less severe, and more importantly in this particular case; 2) his employer made different rules for vaxxed vs non. He CHOSE no vaccine and the NFL CHOSE to make him sit home. See, isn’t the freedom of choice amazing? Maybe he can find an employer that doesn’t require the vaccine or put any limitations for those who won’t get a shot.
  6. Me and 19 of my drunkest friends will be in JAX.
  7. The Bears look bored and tired. And Bass can’t kick anywhere but dead center of the uprights.
  8. Well Kumerow didn’t get the memo that it’s just preseason. What a grab.
  9. I have nothing to complain about and I’m not sure how to feel about that.
  10. It doesn’t suck until it hits close. I understand that most people from WNY never leave, rarely travel, and see things from the “NYC is the reason my taxes are so high!” point of view. (Apologies to my fellow TBDers who I likely offended with that previous paragraph). I was born and raised in Buffalo (well, a small town just south of Buffalo) but have moved seven times since; six of them for work. Last August, I had to go to one of my employee’s funeral. He was 42. In 2019, he ran a marathon. I can say with ONE HUNDRED PERCENT CERTAINTY that his wife (who also works for me) would have done anything to get this “experimental drug” to him last June. He died from COVID. So, if anyone wants to count the numbers (Beasley included, that ***** weirdo) I’ll add one; my friend Jeff. My sob story aside, I have two questions: 1) what the ***** happened to this country where people think there’s some crazy conspiracy to make us take a shot? And I ask that because there isn’t a country in the world who isn’t begging for our excess vaccines. So, you tin-foil-hat-wearing idiots need to decide if this is a political issue or some international conspiracy to end the world. 2) What stopped Polio? (mods, sorry for my rant. I’ll take my ban).
  11. You realize what normal people (us “sheep”) think when you use a word like “scamdemic,” right?
  12. Side note, living in a nice hotel room and not having to see people would be the only reason I wouldn’t have gotten the vaccine.
  13. Well, I think this sums it up perfectly. None of us are mad at him for not getting the vaccine (even though some of us think that’s incredibly stupid) we’re mad about how he’s handling it as we’re heading into a season with enormous potential. Don’t need the distraction.
  14. If we did, the death count would be 900,000. Subtraction by addition!!
  15. You sheep!! (there, I saved you from having to type it yourself.)
  16. Have you had your B5G (Blood 5G) levels tested lately? Since I’m sure you think the Earth is flat, if you just keep walking, you’ll find a clinic to have it tested.
