Joey Bosa signs with Buffalo. 1 year, $12.6 million

Yes to an extent though. Many thought Barkley was injury prone. Some turn it around. But others are prone to injury. I like the deal. He needs stats to score another long term contract. -

The cold will do him good. -

This is one time I hope a guy got paid a bit too. -
Oh thank God I screwed that up. Also thank him I'm not our gm.

Mack Hollins signs with Patriots

This is a bowling ball right to the nads. -
This may have already been shared. He's slower than Keon? I didn't think that was possible. "Jesse Palmer's 40-yard dash time is 4.78 seconds. "

Feels like it.

QB Justin Fields to the Jets as per Tom Pelisserro

Are they tanking? When's the next Manning getting drafted? -
Ok, guys that can separate is what we need. This may be sneaky good. Not in the tier of wr I was hoping for but with the prices this FA this might be best.

DK Metcalf traded to the Pittsburgh Steelers
L Ron Burgundy replied to FireChans's topic in The Stadium Wall
I'm frustrated because it seems like we're passing on elite talent for above average. We might as well be called the Buffalo Josh Allens. He's pretty much the entire team. Lots of offseason left though. -
DK Metcalf traded to the Pittsburgh Steelers

Everyone is assuming the offense will be just as good next year but our recievers outside of Shakir are awful. Our overall talent outside of Josh is awful. Hopefully free agency will be better than us not snatching up elite players available. We shouldn't stand pat on offense even though it was good. Keep improving. -

Yup. Am I wrong about Slayton? His stats scream jag (though I get he's had bad qbs). -

Idk. I've watched the Giants. I've seen him flash ability for a play then disappear most of a season. Seems very much like a jag to me. I'd rather have old man Lockett for a year. Or better yet, DK F'N METCALF!!!!! -

I'm here too. May end up being a disappointing offseason. Pass on elite talent because it's risky to extend good talent. *****. -

Imo a great locker room guy is the very last thing we need. We have those. Give me talent. Speed, agility, and can catch. I could not give 1/2 a single f about getting a stand up guy. -
Browns ink Myles Garrett to an Extension
L Ron Burgundy replied to EmotionallyUnstable's topic in The Stadium Wall
I'll be pissed if either goes for cheap. I hate it when teams over value picks. -

Hendrickson or DK. Make offers, hopefully they aren't playing the same game. Hendrickson I think has to go, doubt Cinci is gonna pay up. Seattle is resetting, DK makes sense to be traded. -
Greg Rousseau Extended (4 years / 80M / 54M Guaranteed)
L Ron Burgundy replied to SCBills's topic in The Stadium Wall
I hope you're right and I'm wrong. 3 elite players available. I really hope we get one, I feel like 1 of the 3 should be easy even if it's DK who I think is cheapest of them. Then use draft capital on defense maybe? We'll see. -

I like Groot. I think he's good not great. We could get someone in the draft with his impact, but it's tough, very unlikely. I get our cap may be reduced this year but Beane is likely looking at the whole picture. My worry is just like I said. That instead of going aggressive and landing an elite player we're going to go conservative and keep building in the draft. I'm not pissed or going crazy, just concerned. I trust Beane overall. But his DL drafting is suspect. Elite talent is available. That doesn't always happen. -

Not super happy. This makes me think Beane thinks we're close on defense and that no big (risky) moves are coming. I really hope I'm wrong. I like Groot. Not at this salary. I'd let him go and spend assets on Garrett. -

Yes, this is how I'm reading the tea leaves too. Not loving it if that's the case. -
Yeeep, been there.
-
I never understood why he hasn't done better. All the talent in the world.

Another one - Trey Hendrickson asks for a trade from Cincy
L Ron Burgundy replied to Roundybout's topic in The Stadium Wall
Garrett #1, Trey #2, DK #3. Don't overrate picks Beanie. Elite talent available!
