    1. Shakir 2. Samuel 3. Coleman 4. Claypool 5. Hollins 6. Scantling Shorter and Shavers would need to be dominant on special teams in preseason and stay healthy to challenge for a spot on the 53. One will likely be stashed away on IR. There's no chance we keep 7 on the final roster considering Kincaid is essentially playing receiver.

    I like the fact that we're leaving no stone unturned to find talent. Stephen Neal was a NCAA championship wrestler who went from never playing football to an excellent starting guard and 3X Superbowl champion with the Patriots. It's a low-risk high reward bet.

    Mcdermott doesn't tend to sign situational pass-rushers. If you're a liability against the run, you probably won't see the field. I think Ogbah could be a better fit and cheaper than Ngakoue.

    The off-season mentality is a lot different than it was during the drought years. Back then, even signing a washed up T.O. was a momentous occasion since few players wanted to play for a bad team in cold weather. Now we have no problem attracting talent and even getting players to sign team-friendly deals to play here.

    Defense - More reps for top pass rushers instead of a rotation and more blitzes from Milano and Bernard. Our safeties are less experienced in this system and if we don't get pressure, our secondary will get carved up. Offense - More running, more play action, more 2 TE sets, more jump balls to the perimeter, more physical

    Reminds me of when Troy Vincent broke JP Losman's Leg in practice. Shakir is likely the top receiver heading into training camp and we can't afford to lose him.

    A redzone offense with Knox/Kincaid at TE, and Claypool and Coleman out wide is intriguing. Claypool is a great run-blocker, which is something we don't have at WR right now.

    I think we'll lean on the run game and 2 TE sets until Josh has chemistry with his new receivers. I think Shakir will be his go-to target over the first half of the season.

    The stat that shows his quick acceleration is his 10 yard split of the 40 yard dash. Davis had the same speed in the first ten yards as Isaac Guerendo who ran a 4.33 forty

    Justin Simmons and Eddie Jackson are still available and at this point in free agency, they might be willing to sign 1-year incentive filled contracts after June 1st.

    Smoot has a decent chance to make the roster considering our lack of depth at DE. Claypool needs to drop some weight (240 lbs) and his bad attitude.

    There are still a number of positions that could be fortified with some Post June 1st free agent signings. I think Quinton Morris, KJ Hamler, Toohill, and Ingram are just placeholders for now.

    I think Dawkins will be gone and replaced by a 1st round rookie. Out of the interior guys, Torrence is the most likely to remain with the team on his rookie contract. Spencer Brown is facing a make-or-break season and will only be extended if he can stay healthy and improve his pass protection. Rookie ? Van Pran-Granger? Torrence Brown?

    I think the lack of big signings or high draft picks at the cb position was a sign that the coaching staff has some level of trust in Elam as the 3rd outside cornerback. Training camp and preseason will be even more important this year with all the position battles and a bigger rookie class than most years (10 picks) and a ton of UDFA's.

    The Keon Coleman pick makes Deebo even less of an option for the Bills. If we sign a wr, it will probably be one of the available free agents like OBJ, Gallup, Boyd, Chark, or Michael Thomas for a 1-year deal with a null year to lessen the cap hit.
