Sometimes you need to delegate tasks to be more effective. Nobody can consistently work 14+ hours every day and be sharp for the duration. I understand the whole "first one in the building, last one out" mentality, but it's also how you burn yourself out.

I love the additions of DaQuan Jones and Tim Settle. I think it's an upgrade over Star Lotulelei, Vernon Butler, and Harrison Phillips (although he's great when healthy)

I thought we were already set at slot receiver with Crowder, McKenzie, and Shakir. The fact that we're adding veteran depth may mean the Bills don't have high hopes for players at the bottom of the depth chart like Marquez Stevenson and Isaiah Hodgins (who is still yet to have a single catch for the Bills because of injuries)

I think slot receiver is up for grabs. Crowder is penciled in as the starter, but McKenzie and Shakir could challenge him for snaps with strong preseasons. I think we will use fewer 4 WR sets this year and more 2 TE formations with OJ Howard in the mix. Shakir could also get some reps as an outside receiver and on end-arounds since he's very elusive with the ball in his hands.

Dawkins started off slow because he was recovering from covid, but he played well down the stretch. I'm more worried about our depth at OT. If Tommy Doyle has to step in at LT, we could be in trouble.

I thought he looked good in the preseason, but I doubt he makes the final roster now. This paves the way for a guy like Joe Giles-Harris or Baylon Spector to crack the final 53.

A lot of these guys are rehabbing from injuries. I'd like everyone to be there, but they are voluntary and if I was an agent I probably wouldn't want my client to risk injury if they don't have a fully guaranteed salary. Last year a bunch of players went down in OTA's with season-ending injuries (the Ravens got hit hard)

Without Emmanuel Sanders taking snaps from him, I think he would have easily put up 1,000 yards last year. He was only on the field for 47% of the snaps last season.

Tight Ends take a long time to develop out of college and by that time they are due for an extension. A position coach who can develop tight ends quickly is extremely valuable.

I guess maybe there should be an option to put them on the practice squad without terminating their rookie contract. Sometimes you draft a player in the later rounds who need time to develop before they are ready to make the final roster. Maybe the roster size should increase from 53 to 55 to account for the season being a game longer and more opportunities for injury.

Other teams shouldn't be able to poach drafted players from a team's practice squad, only UDFA's.

A football trivia game hosted by hall-of-famers would be really entertaining.

Ditch the game and add more interesting skills competitions. Wr races, qb arm strength, which nose tackle can eat the most wings, etc

I don't understand why Feliciano thought he could have brought attitude and physicality to the offense against the Chiefs when he got outplayed by Boettger and Bates all year.

I'm very confident in our starters, but we have aome positions that have a concerning lack of depth Backup QB: Keenum is a big step down from Trubisky. Barkley has been terrible anytime he's had to play. I'm surprised we don't have a development qb with upside. Offensive line depth: Cody Ford and Tommy Doyle aren't capable starters yet could be forced into starting roles with a single injury Safety Depth: Jaquan Johnson and Damar Hamlin are unknown quantities and we have no veteran depth Cornerback Depth: Tre might not be back week 1 and we need to add veteran depth. We play almost 100% in nickel so this is even more important for our defense.

$10 Million cap hit would be too high for us. He also may not have wanted to come here considering the top 2 cb spots are essentially taken. I think we wait until training canp starts to add a cheap veteran.
