McD should have been fired 2+ seasons ago. Keep spinning wheels with the delusions that he is going to bring a championship to Buffalo. It’s never going to happen.

Maybe, just maybe there is a coaching issue?

All you McD lovers are going to realize eventually that the problems on this team start at the top. He never should have survived 13 seconds. All we’ve done is regress since, and we’ll continue to regress season after season until major changes are made. Unfortunately our owner is a dumbass, so lord knows how poor the next coaching staff may be, but in reality, they are NOT winning squat with the staff in place. The entire organization is just spinning wheels and collecting paychecks at this point as they slowly work their way back to irrelevancy.

So once again we play down or below our opponents, yet many of you all say it’s not a coaching issue. Okay, sure. This team has tuned out the coaches. Rightfully so IMO, as pretty much the entire staff is terrible.

The Bills deserve every criticism and more thrown at them for their play the past two weeks and again today thus far.

I don't care about the end result. This entire coaching staff should be fired.

Classic McIdiot defensive collapse in a key game moment, 8 plays 79 yards and gave up the lead, yes it was only 3, lets give the D their participation trophies for not giving up 7. This team is as mentally soft as their coaches are.

We have a 6 ft 5 in QB, doing the tush push would have been too obvious right? So of course lets line up shotgun, that'll confuse' em.... our OC is a f'n imbecile.

Maybe because it was on the goal line, however, I'd say he has a half dozen or more playcalls just as f'n stupid tonight.

He should be fired at the half along with Dorsey.

We have talent and a superstar QB. What we don't have is quality and creative coaching.

McIdiot is the leader of this clown show and IMO can't be replaced soon enough. Mister demand accountability from everyone but himself never should have survived 13 seconds,

The Bills are an incredibly poorly coached team. Simple as that.

If only our coaching wasn't so vastly overrated. I have zero faith in McD and company. ZERO.

Schwabl's is still there, however, I don't care for them. I find their beef to be both too thick and too fatty. Bar Bill's almost melts in your mouth whereas Schwabl's you have to tear through the beef and it can be quite chewy. Personally, I'll take Bar Bill all day every day over Schwabl's.

I'm one of the few WNY'ers who actually really dislikes Bar Bills "wings". I think they suck and hate their sauces. Give me Gabriel's Gate or Duff's in Orchard Park or on Sheridan, and maybe Dick Road (the other Duff's locations suck) any day over Bar Bill. However, I do love Bar Bill for their Beef on Weck which is by far the best I've had and a pretty consistent sandwich every time we stop in. Has anyone tried the Beef on Weck at Main & Hamlin yet?

That started and ended at 13 seconds. Never ever ever should have brought Mr hold everyone accountable but himself back. The gag order he put on the coaches and players after 13 seconds spoke volumes. Not firing him then and there was a huge mistake and one that will likely be the turning point in Allen's regression from a Super Bowl track to the ***** show we saw tonight. The Bills will not win when it matters with this coaching staff. The sooner McIdiot is gone the better, every game and year in between is just wasting Josh's talent.

Yet he was extended this off-season. He never should have been brought back after 13 seconds. McIdiot and Dorsey have neutered our superstar QB into indecision and poor decision making. Allen looks so lost out there, and one thing is certain, coaching is doing him no favors.

Don't you dare let McIdiot off the hook. Josh is never winning a Super Bowl with this staff. Wish I was wrong, but we are a very very poorly coached team on both sides of the ball.
