  1. I don’t think you need performance enhancing drugs for that pick 6 play. Tua served it up on a silver platter.
  2. Teams that I root for to lose this season 1. Pats - Very annoying bandwagon fans from their dynasty years, and just not very likable. Would enjoy it if they had a 17 year playoff drought of their own. 2. KC - Totally over saturated in coverage. Some of the most vitriolic fans I’ve encountered. Endless hyperbole about Mahomes being the GOAT when he is in a ridiculously favorable situation. Always seem to get bailed out somehow. 3. Jets/Dolphins - Division rivals, haven’t been good in a long time so the hatred has cooled somewhat. 4. Browns - Historically I root for them, but this version I always hope to lose. 5. Cowboys - Bleh
  3. Titans are terrible. They went 6-11 last year and somehow look even worse this year.
  4. All I’m saying is that I wouldn’t draw many conclusions from this game, just like I don’t think we can draw too many conclusions from the Bills beating down the Dolphins. Crushing terrible teams can be done by mediocre and great teams alike. Let me know when the Jets beat a decent team, or even survive a team with a good pass rush.
  5. I don’t think the Bills vs Dolphins game told us much about the Bills this year. It only revealed that the Dolphins are frauds.
  6. Everybody is pumping up the Jets like they played a competent team. The Pats are equivalent to the Panthers. This game has zero predictive power for how the Jets or Rodgers are going to do this season.
  7. WR noped out of that hospital pass, lol.
  8. Rodgers has been able to move in the pocket and roll out but he still looks pretty darn slow to me. He’s just smart enough to know when to bail (unlike Brissett who just sits there and eats it). I think he’s still vulnerable if a rush can get to him quickly.
  9. 15 years ago you could basically decapitate a QB (okay, maybe 25 years ago).
  10. Moses appears done. I wonder if it would be Achilles. That’s right where he got hit.
  11. I don’t think every QB draws that call. They know old man Rodgers might turn to dust if he gets hit the wrong way.
  12. Rodgers has been flirting with a pick-6. They will probably go super conservative now.
  13. That first hold on the center was pretty lame, I don’t think he held him.
  14. Not to put too fine a point on it, but this Pats O-line is garbage.
  15. If we beat them twice, it probs won’t matter. Those matchups will be super important.
  16. It’s kind of a blowout unless the Pats start scoring.
  17. Pretty good heave by Brissett. Not sure where the Pats WRs were.
  18. I guess Bass isn’t so bad after all.
  19. Brisket with a rough miss there
  20. If you’re watching this game, then you have a problem. …I have a problem…
  21. I’d give him a few more weeks before hitting the panic button, but he has had some gaffes. - Missed FG vs Miami - Kickoff out of bounds vs Arizona - Kickoff return for a TD vs Arizona where I’m pretty sure he was trying to kick a touchback but didn’t have the leg.
  22. Ingram with 2 picks including a pick-6 was robbed. Just like Allen was robbed the previous week.
  23. And he says Mahomes isn't OC dependent. If anything Mahomes is dependent on his HOF offensive whiz head coach that designs the offense and calls the plays. The same head coach that made Alex Smith look decent right before Mahomes. The same head coach that was already considered a "QB whisperer" before Mahomes arrived.
  24. Also he’s wrong. Allen had a turnover in week 1. Dude can’t even keep his facts straight. I feel bad for these talking heads a little bit. There is only so much you can say about a week of football games before you start repeating yourself or spouting nonsense.
  25. I’m not using last year’s game as a reference for anything. Dorsey called a bad game and we had to fly across the world. I believe we will be able to run on them, but like you said we shall see. One difference from last year to consider is McGovern in for Morse allows for a more physical interior line. Ironically, Morse is on the other side now (along with Gabe Davis).
