It does kind of make me wonder if the Broncos don’t have their GW FG blocked, and the Raiders center doesn’t inexplicably snap it in range for the GW FG when nobody was ready if Allen wins MVP. Two fluke plays that allowed the Chiefs to be the #1 seed that have nothing to do with us.

My guess is Cam Ward goes top-3, Sanders goes top-20, no other QB drafted until the 3rd. And even that is just due to positional importance.

Cam Ward is the only QB from this draft that will be a starter in 3 years. These other guys don't have it.

I could just as easily see the Bills get up by 2 scores and then force Bo Nix to throw a pick pressing to make it a blowout.

We have some bad investments on the cap right now: Diggs, Von Miller, Tre White, Matt Milano, Poyer, Hyde, Floyd, Knox. Most of these are players that were an A-level talent at some point. It gets a lot better next year, especially if we release Miller and Knox. Hopefully we can acquire some more relevant A-level talent with the savings. We really are operating at a shoestring budget this year, and decided to take our cap medicine (unlike a team like the Saints).

That has never happened before AFAIK, but I appreciate your optimism. Voting has been kind of funky the past couple of years so it’s possible.

Not to mention the Ravens got a pick-6 that blew it wide open. The Ravens are front runners and don’t play as well if you can keep it close or get a lead.

Rivers also was never even 2nd team All Pro. Allen has two. Rivers was never really a top 3 QB at any time. Allen is inarguably a top 3 QB cumulatively over the past 5 seasons and also within individual seasons.

The Cowboys had 9 last year and lost in the wild card round, lol. That is half of their starters being recognized as the best in the league including their QB, and they couldn’t win.

The Broncos got 5 All Pros! That’s nearly 25% of the starters on both sides of the ball! Curious the spread is so wide with so much talent.

He didn’t even get a single All Pro vote. I don’t think I would trust the AP reporters to vote on what I should have for lunch at this point.

I think every major place is not currently accepting MVP bets. If they open it back up expect the odds to change dramatically.
