I just watched the Miami - Denver highlights, and a few things stood out to me. 1. The Denver offense had a lot of chances to keep the score close before halftime and they decided to choke spectacularly. 2. Denver tackling was terrible. Especially in the second half. They quit. 3. The number of wide receivers college-level wide open was nuts. Like 10 yards wide open in every direction. Wtf was Denver doing to allow that?!

There must be more to this story, because this makes no sense.

Bills have a top-3 QB in the league, and should have a top-5 offense in the league (they have the past 3 years). It isn’t really fair to compare Davis to WR #2 on other teams. His stats should be better based on the offense that he’s in. Other WRs have Sam Howell and Zach Wilson throwing to them. The only question you should ask, is if another WR were given the same reps in the Bills offense at Davis’ spot, would they perform better. I think a lot of WRs would perform better, and it’s an obvious opportunity to upgrade.

I thought he looked okay last year, and he even had a few big plays. Him being a healthy scratch is really puzzling to me. Is he not doing what the coaches are asking? Did he regress during the off-season? Is he unable to understand zone concepts after this long of a time period?

Same here. I much prefer primetime games, because it is after the kids go to bed. I can fully focus on the game instead of running around trying to catch a play or two in between taking care of children.

We faced some combination of Tua, Hill and Waddle 3 times last season. Even with most of our secondary out and scrubs in there we (for the most part) kept them in front of us and only allowed them to have "good" games by their standards. Hoping Poyer and Hyde are sound positionally and their lack of foot speed isn't exposed another year older.
