    Wtf is this Cinci announcer talking about? The safety led with the crown of the helmet and basically only made contact with the other player’s head. I don’t even really like that rule usually, but that was as clear as can be.

    Idk about that flag on the Seachickens. I’ve seen RBs make a lot of blocks like that and never seen it called.

    I guess if it was an injury I thought his improvement would be more gradual. He went from one of the worst QBs I’ve seen, not able to to hit the broad side of a barn one week to back to his normal self the next. Maybe they found the right combination of drugs to shoot him up with.

    I’m starting to think Burrow’s bad start wasn’t actually the injury, and he actually had the yips.

    He should be a color commentator, not play-by-play.

    I kind of disagree that Jones isn’t as bad as the other losses. He was an anchor and made our run defense respectable. His pass rushing was also near the top of the league for a DT. I’m hopeful Poona Ford can help with the run defense aspect, but we’ll see.

    We won’t learn anything in terms of the trajectory of the team assuming we win. We might learn something about the personnel on defense. McDermott will probably be trying things out to replace Jones, Milano and White.

    Wilson had 2 INTs last night. Tyrod Taylor is too much of a scaredy cat to throw a pass where it might get picked. Much safer to eat a sack, throw it away, or pass it behind the line of scrimmage. Especially on 3rd down.

    I would argue that if you are one fluke play away from going to OT at home vs a bottom-3 team, then you didn’t play an almost perfect game. Only 1 TD drive and 5 drives that ended in a turnover or punt for the KC offense.

    If Payton didn't call that timeout before the half, this could have been a one score game without even needing a 2pt conversion.

    That's a broken wrist. Is that season ending?

    That Denver Broncos player made zero effort to tackle Mahomes on that third and long scramble. He engaged the much smaller blocker and decided “not my problem”. These Broncos have quit. This is how Miami was able to hang 70 on them.

    Denver is only down 2 scores, but it feels like it might as well be a million.
