  1. I'm 43, looking to get back into hockey (have only been away for 8 months) but between the 3 knee surgeries, getting married in '06 and my affinity for eating, drinking and being merry, I have put on a lot of weight.....I've gotten on the nutrician part but am looking to do something different than standard cardio/weights for the exercise part.....anyone use this system? It looks great and is comparable to T.O.'s body bands that have clearly helped him..any feedback is much appreciated!!! 6 more days until Football!!!!!!! Go Bills!
  2. 89, how did it go? Was he personable? I think the guy is hilarious and actually seems nice, though no one would argue he has an ego...but he has earned one on the field in my opinion....
  3. We did pretty well before Peters decided to grace the team with his lazy/selfish presence last year. There are other major needs to fill....If Bell/Walker can be merely "average" at this point and the Bills fill other holes then we are ahead of last year already. I'd rather have a little less talent and lot more heart than what we have experienced. Maybe they are right.
  4. ..beacuse we had a young, up and coming "potential stud" pass catching tight end that was starting to come on... he broke his neck just two seasons ago and is fortunate to still be alive..... hard to plan for that and lets see what happens this year in draft and/or FA....
  5. My vote for most ignorant thread/response of the year....and that's a tough feat on this board. So you are saying that if DJ just "demands perfection" then we'll have a 2nd Joe Montana....because he was a HOF caliber QB in his first couple of years...I think anyone that actually realized the NFL isn't a video game can see we have a potentially great QB that was good/bad/very bad and shades of great at times....which is better than most 2nd year QB's...by thge way, Ryan was awesome and Flacco has talent, but if he was on an average team and had to win the games rather than "not lose" them, it wouyld be a different story...
  6. \ How about Thug? That is a fair comprimise, no?
  7. yep....it wasn't like that at my high school
  8. that way we will have plenty of entertainment whether we are good not next year. By the way, I am kidding. I live in nashville and have experienced "The Pacman Jones Saga" first hand Go Bills
  9. Tyra is hot
  10. Lynch puts up 127. Freddie Jackson carries half the Jets D into the endzone. Defense shuts them down in 4th quarter...did Jets even have a first down?.......and 1 horrendous playcall executed even wore and we lost. The Players earned a win running and playing D. Thanks Coaches Thanks JP don't let the door hit you in the asses on the way out
  11. I am guessing that he will start or at least see some decent playing time.....welcome back Jason
  12. Corny, I know...but I'm drunk so enjoy: 'Twas the Night before the big game: 'twas the night before the big game, and all through the house, not one of our dogs was stirring, nor was my Titan fan spouse Our jerseys were hanging, waiting for the game JP Losman for me, and for Michelle, Vince Young was the name Both 7-7 and the playoffs in sight, the anticipation will make this a very long night The days chores all done, I sat in my chair, my mind flashing back to :the Miracle", "comeback", Jim Kelly and Steve McNair Game day is tomorrow, Christmas Eve day, I sat and wondered why this is when our teams play With visions of touchdowns dancing in my head, Losman to Evans and Willis running by, in streaks of blue and red I finally settled down to sleep, ready for noon ......(central time here) hoping that the morning would come soon Nodding off only one thing I could think; Now that we are both good, would this have been easier if we both still stink? Tomorrow will come and our teams will play, but win or lose, lets not lose sight of this day Merry Christmas to all, no matter who you cheer, and win or lose, I will enjoy the beer! Go Bills!
  13. Oh, and we are 2-0 against you with JP starting.
  14. We won, you lost. Our QB is better than what you think (opinion based from ALL the games you have seen him play I'm sure) You are worse than us and lost....quit fricken whining. By the way, thanks for passing on 3rd and 2 at the end.
  15. I will never be unhappy with a win...ever...regardless of draft consequences or what not...and yea, that game was a nice reprieve from an otherwise sh*tty season....
  16. As I said last week....TMQ can go "F" itself....... nice winning touchdown JP and Lee.....enough said
  17. "TMQ's suggestion to improve NFL play: Let these four teams take the rest of the season off." PJBrown's suggestion is TMQ can go F itself.
  18. I meant Fairchild.....I can't even think straight#$%&*$%^$&**&%$
  19. and give him 3 years....and he gets a whopping 1.5 seconds in the pocket, then who is the next QB we will draft and run out of town? I have to say that yesterday was about as pissed off as I have ever been from a Bills game....and that is saying a lot. At game end I left my wife and fellow backers for 15 minutes to walk over to Ross' and buy a t shirt so I didn't have to wear my Spikes jersey out after my hockey game....not because I give up on my team but rather so I didn't B word slap the first ahole that would have given me sh*t. (I live in Nashville). This is what I am pissed about....OUR OFFENSIVE LINE SUCKS ROYALLY....we suck on 3rd down why? BECAUSE WE ARE IN 3RD AND LONG EVERY TIME....why? BECASE WE CAN'T RUN BLOCK AND/OR GIVE LOSMAN ANY TIME.....and what do we do to play to our strenghths? NOTHING!!! Run between tackles and call long developing pass plays....Fewell....HOW ABOUT SOME SWEEOPS, PLAY ACTION AND SHORT PASSES? OUR QB IS GETTING KILLED.....PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE GET LESS PREDICTABLE Sorry about the rant, I won't even get into our non-turnover D that can;t get off the field on 3rd down..NO MATTER HOW FAR A FIRST DOWN IS But, as always, GO BILLS!
  20. was DJ leaving in Losman for the entire game...where would we be as an offense this year had Mularky let the growing pains happen last year? As crappy as a game that it was, it certainly has to help a little that JP and the O's last offensive play was a TD.
  21. Yes! I agree with you 1000%. I do want to see these guys eat their words though. Not that I give a crap about their opinions, rather it will be free entertainment for me.
  22. I live in Nashville and am marrying a Titans fan....and I'll say here what I have alreeady told her: There are 3 times this year, 9/10; 9/24; and 12/31, and only 3 times that these words will leave my lips: "Go Titans"
  23. I know this has been discussed in depth but the more rankings, etc. that I see has me to believe that many "experts" OUTSIDE buffalo have either a) No clue about this team in 2006...saw no games, etc. b) hate the Bills/WNY or c) are just bad at what they do...for what it's worth I am guessing a combo of all 3....... -We have a 1200 yard back returning who is motivated and may even play on 3rd down - Losman looks like a young gun who has learned the game in his 3rd year..yes, 3rd year....listening to many of these bozo's you'd think we drafted John Blutarski from Faber College -speed at wideout -TKO back -experienced coaches...no more learning on the job We have talent! Our line has been upgraded. The players actually seem to respect our coaches. We have a decent schedule. The games start this week and anything can happen. Not saying we are going to the superbowl, but I suspect that the Bills will be news this year as a "surprise" team. The players seem confident so why can't we? Hey media....F YOU!
  24. ...and Muck Fiami!
