10/18/21 Gameday Bills @ Titans Postgame thread
Eastport bills replied to Chandler#81's topic in The Stadium Wall
Great take , unlike the people that want them to kick it. Playing not to lose never is a good look. -
Your right but it's still winning your one on one battle at the end of a frenetic drive. They didn’t get it done. I guarantee that type of sneak won't happen again this year against big time D-lines.

What is up with Bass and no run up to kick off?
Eastport bills replied to Niagara Dude's topic in The Stadium Wall
I think their game plan was a directional kick trying to get better field position or a turnover because he routinely kicks touch backs. -
The stat is 13 out of 14 successful sneaks for Josh in his career. . The only miss was a muffed snap. The left side is his favorite direction. Just a devastating loss for the better club.

The O-line got knocked on their back on the last play. The call was correct because the Titans scored on 6 straight possessions. They lose the toss, they probably lose. Blame Dawkins and Mongo. They are not good enough on goal line smash mouth scenarios. Brady always made those plays and he's not the athlete Josh is.

Bills RB Duo ranks 4th. According to NFL.com

Moss is a different guy this year. He is a tough downhill runner in the mold of Chubb and Zeke. He's a load on screens and underneath throws and he will get short yardage touchdowns. Singletary is a shifty back who will be a good change of pace and complimentary runner, but in 4 minute, kill the clock scenarios, it's Moss. -
Sorry to hear him say that. The risk reward is not favorable to our long-term benefit.

Josh is a super flexible athlete, but the coaches will get him away from hurdling would be tacklers. He's so competitive that he will try anything to help his team.

No evidence, but just an opinion. Guy missed a season and was not expected to be a big contributor. He comes in lighter, quicker and nastier. To me he is under the radar and has something to prove in the twilight of his career.

Per Nick Wright: Bills will be a fringe contender.
Eastport bills replied to Leonitas's topic in The Stadium Wall
Poor Nick is just an embattled KC fan that should never be quoted. He's so crushed by the drubbing the Bills served up that he refuses to discuss the game or his team's lackluster performance. He is articulate in an arrogant, holier than thou way and he considers our team pretenders because KC has a mandate to go to the SB since they won it 2 years ago and Mahomes is God. He's lost is objectivity and has been rendered impotent. Very sad for a guy who makes his living analyzing games. -
I tell my kid don't dwell on the officiating because it usually evens out but he gets so exasperated it affects his enjoyment of our great performances. The Bills, to their credit, just overcome every obstacle from weather delays to one-sided, hometown attempts to steal games by poor officiating. I think this team gets confidence by winning in hostile conditions.

Colin Cowherd said that the officiating in our game was the worst performance in years and the team should be suspended. The amount of bad holding and personal fouls called should have decided the game if not for our dominance.

I thought KC's defense played well.... For them

Chris Jones, who was out,is probably their best lineman but they have no pass rush with their front four. Anytime they came with 2 or 3 extra rushers they got burned. If this is the way they play defense, they better score in the 30s and then hope for the best. -
What was up with Beasley today?

What possible purpose does booing Cole serve? The guy is an important piece for Josh's offense. He's obviously someone who wants fan support. He's not getting vaccinated so his teammates accepted this and the fans should to. -
Bills had good defensive performances in the last 3 games. They made Miami and Washington look inept and they're really not. The next 2 weeks will be the litmus test for our defense.
-
This guy ame back with a giant chip on his shoulder. Playing fast and being disruptive. A big difference maker. He gives us pressure up the middle with Oliver. This could impact the KC game.
-
Bills should be underdogs and until we smack these arrogant jerks on national TV we will look up at them as the class of the AFC. Our defense has been nasty against offensive underachievers now let's see them dominate on the road against a tough crowd and a team that has gone to 2 straight SBs. Stop Hill and Kelce for once.

Knox is catching all the throws and is getting separation. He could be the key to making our offense the best in football along with the beast that is Zack Moss. The

10/3/21 Gameday Bills vs. Texans Postgame Thread

Edmunds takes more grief on this board for being unspectacular and looking out of position. He makes plays that most inside LBs can't make with his incredible speed and length. He closes on underneath receivers as well as most safeties and he's 23 years old. He with be great, hopefully with us. -
The Chiefs are challenged on defense. The Bills with score enough, but Mahomes is dangerous as a wounded animal. They will lean on his improvisational skills with Hill/Kelce, who the Bills defense has yet to prove they can cover. Poyer will be crucial. If we beat them in KC, it will send a strong message to the whole AFC who the top dog is.
