Could Joe Douglas be that clueless to waste a number 2 pick on Wilson. He is lost and the team has given up. They know he’s not a professional QB. If they continue playing him, both Saleh and Douglas should be fired. The defense, which has been really good all year, now seems like their going through the motions. If I didn’t hate the Jet’s, I’d actually feel bad for their fans.

It’s sad that important contributors just get abuse from congenital critics regardless of their play. Hopefully they don’t follow social media.

Anyone who stays with DTV loves being abused. Unless money means nothing to you, the savings realized by streaming services that offer promotions on a la carte movie channels is huge. The customer service on DTV is the worst and when the weather is bad (snow and wind) reception is spotty. Get rid of the dish and try a streaming service.

Everybody must go with no exception. Back the truck up to the locker room. Get ‘‘em all out of my sight. Funny you didn’t mention how disruptive Ed has been in pressures up the middle. How does 29 tackles in 12 games translate to zero effect in the run game? He’s been averaging 40 tackles a season and the defense is top 5 in yds allowed and points. He’s an important part of the rotation in the front four plus he plays thru injury. I’m sure you had the same silly post about Edmunds, Milano, Singletary etc.

Week 16: Bills at Bears on Christmas Eve
Eastport bills replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall
What gives any reason to expect that? Has it happened before? Just because they have a big matchup next week doesn’t mean they want to play down to the Bears level. Now that weather is potentially going to test what running game we have because passing down the field is challenging. Josh will find a way. -
Kurt Warner Breakdown of Josh Allen in the Miami Game
Eastport bills replied to JohnRVA's topic in The Stadium Wall
When did Kurt become an expert on critical analysis of what will determine success at the QB position? This league has never seen a talent with the skills of JA17. I’m not even talking exclusively about his arm talent running ability, but more his pocket presence and escapability in the pocket. Our O-line routinely allows free rushers and Josh avoids certain sacks that Warner gave up being a statue for the most part. Naturally Josh has to overcome poor route running because when teams double Diggs, we don’t have a true number 2 receiver and McKenzie is spotty in the slot. Teams have to protect against Josh running when flushed so he makes plays off schedule as a part of our offense. Kurt got a gig as an analyst but his criticism of Josh has a bias towards the type QB he is. Kurt was a journeyman underachieving QB for most of his career other than his few years with an incredible surrounding cast at St. Louis. That doesn’t qualify him as knowing more than a Bills follower. -
Any QB that runs as much as Josh has to be aware of ball security. I don’t feel it’s been a real issue because other than the fumble at the goal line against Minn, the fumbling has not been a determinant in our losses. The strip sacks are a product of missed protection assignments by O-lineman and are judged fumbles. I trust Josh, after 2 turnovers ball security will be priority.

We don't have the mentality to win close games
Eastport bills replied to UKBillFan's topic in The Stadium Wall
Just a downtrodden, angry troll who lost a bet when the Bills didn’t cover. There’s zero great teams and in a 17 game season every team looks bad once in a while The difference is we know how to play when the games on the line and when we don’t have our best ,we still manage to win.“Complete chokers with no clue how to play when under pressure “ came from you Mr. UK. You’re not a Bills fan, you’re an embarrassment to every fan that lives and dies with this team for generations. Do you even watch the games, because if you did even the worst Bills hater would admit at 11and 3 , sitting with 1st seed in the AFC, there’s plenty to be excited about: Save this crap for the Arsenal message board. -
Spencer Brown Dolphins Game
Eastport bills replied to Ethan in Cleveland's topic in The Stadium Wall
Only thing that can stop his trajectory is injury. If he stays healthy we have our right tackle for the foreseeable future. -
I’m starting to get extremely frustrated with Dorsey.
Eastport bills replied to FireChans's topic in The Stadium Wall
If winning is the main objective, what are you so negative about? Maybe this is the way Josh wants to play with the limitations on the O-line and the rbs we have. Right now we need Josh to make good decisions, limit turnovers and play better defense. Enjoy the ride and stop being an efficiency expert. -
Spencer Brown Dolphins Game
Eastport bills replied to Ethan in Cleveland's topic in The Stadium Wall
Brown is a nasty, athletic monster that will be a dominant tackle in a short period of time. He is a road grader and his optimistic upside is that he will be consistent pass protector. I’ll take this guy going forward and concentrate on a center and guard in the off-season- 55 replies

Mitch should call it a career, as much as I value his incredible contributions to this team on and off the field. He has to protect his ability to have a meaningful life after football for his family and loved ones. Bills fans love this guy for his professionalism and calming influence on the team and Josh. Good luck Mitch, whatever you decide.

Elam held his own in coverage mostly, unfortunately Hill wins a lot of 50/50 balls and there were mixups on the TDs. I think Elam will be very good but the question is how much will he hurt us against Cinn. I’ve to get Hyde back for that one. Another great safety could help Elam a lot.

If we must criticize, how 'bout Cam Lewis gets his share?
Eastport bills replied to Beck Water's topic in The Stadium Wall
I know he’s a young player but he shows poor judgment in pass coverage and now on special teams. He has distinguished himself as someone who gives up big plays and is a liability. Why isn’t Rhodes activated for these crucial games? Anyone is better than Cam and I can’t look at him after that devastating roughing the kicker penalty. -
I’m starting to get extremely frustrated with Dorsey.
Eastport bills replied to FireChans's topic in The Stadium Wall
Are you familiar with the term , take what the defense is giving you? The runs for Josh that are called in are because the defense is playing a certain way.Certain runs he audibles into because he thinks it’s better than Dorsey’s play. Obviously winning is not your main objective. Remember you’re looking at a revamped O-line, with 2 starters including your center out of the lineup. The last drive was surgical with Motor getting first downs and crossers keeping drives alive. 11 and 3, 5 tough wins in a row including 3 division wins. If you’re looking for perfection, sorry. -
I’m starting to get extremely frustrated with Dorsey.
Eastport bills replied to FireChans's topic in The Stadium Wall
The overly critical Dorsey evaluation is alive and well on this board. Red zone offense ,4TDS and the winningFG.. Rushing yardage over 150, 9 different receiver including TDS for Hines and Morris and getting Beasley involved and 304 yds. I’m sure any fanbase would sign for that. -
Love the dolphins forum - Bills won because of the refs?
Eastport bills replied to Matt_In_NH's topic in The Stadium Wall
The poor souls on the Miami forums have to digest the reality that when they were 8 pts up with 9 minutes left, they proceeded to allow a long TD drive, 2 pt conversion, nothing on offense, and then another clock killing long drive and a chip shot FG at the gun. They played hard but the Bills wanted it more. Allow the officials to make calls that impact the outcome, you deserve the result. -
The defense was clearly geared to protect against Hill, Waddle the TE. They hadn’t been running the ball well the last 2 games. The D-line had a bad game, but our secondary on the whole was confused and was victimized on several occasions. White looked good but Hamlin, Jackson and Elam struggled . The roughing the punter penalty made the game closer than it should have been. If we limit teams to FGs and win the turnover battle, do you think the teams we face can stop our offense. I like our chances. Davis played like a number 2. We got great production from TE and our slot guys and when it counted, we ran it down their throats.

Just an honest question on the game outcome
Eastport bills replied to Italian Bills's topic in The Stadium Wall
I’m glad you clarified my statement. My point was, as you say, they are as capable as the top four teams to make a long run. All these teams (KC, Philly, Cinn.Dallas) are very good but beatable. -
Sanchez is just trying to make a living and unfortunately he just as pedestrian in his new career. He’s a pretty boy so they‘ll give a wide birth for a few years.

Just an honest question on the game outcome
Eastport bills replied to Italian Bills's topic in The Stadium Wall
This is a feisty team with the nastiest , most physically talented QB, the NFL has ever seen. We’re not a great team on both sides of the ball. We have injuries, rookies playing in the secondary and an O- line playing with journeyman at 3 positions after Morse went down. The good news is that the core players find a way to win and McDermott steadies the ship when we face adversity. Dorsey is a work in progress , but he leans on Josh to make up for short comings in protections and a conventional running attack. The long drives that helped us win yesterday, featured Josh’s full repertoire of running and finding crossers against a highly motivated, rugged defense. This is the way we win. As we go forward look for close games that come down to a few plays by our star core players. It’s not perfect but there is not one team that would be more equipped to wi it all. -
Is There So Little Love for Tremaine Edmunds?
Eastport bills replied to Shaw66's topic in The Stadium Wall
Sorry I accidentally responded to you when I was trying to finalize a back and forth with an extremely dug in Edmunds denier. He can’t acknowledge the improvement or the guy’s influence on our defense. It’s decision time and I think you’d agree, if we don’t pay him he’s gonna get it from teams that are lined up.
