Lord this place is truly insufferable when the Bills lose 😂 We lost a game. It happens. We don’t win close games and people are gonna be up our ass about it until we prove otherwise.

What I learned: If half of our defensive starters are out, our right side of the offensive line is second string, we’re down to our 3rd string center and we’re playing in torturous heat you maybe, just maybe, stand a chance to beat the bills.

I do think that Miami is able to keep this interesting given our injuries on defense. I’ll restate that I still think the Bills take this one but I think it’s going to be a lot closer and more anxiety inducing in the second half than what we’ve seen so far this season. Go Bills.

That game just taught us that Josh Allen only had one weakness. That weakness is Josh Allen.

Damn we’re fielding 2nd string for our safeties, corners and defensive line. That’s 6 of our 11 defensive starters. Over 50%. Depth gonna get tested tomorrow. Go Bills.

I will say that the Phins gave the Bills some issues last year in their second match up. They’re prolly looking at that game tape for scheme strategies. We also saw both the Rams and the Titans able to keep things close in the first half. What we’ve seen so far is that DCs have schemes that slow the Bills down, but as soon as they big brain football themselves into a tendency or weakness they spot in the other teams defense…it’s all over.

I’m not 100% that Oliver and Settle will be 100% either. I’m glad we have a rotation because I wouldn’t be surprised if they had them on pitch counts. I still think the Bills take this game and likely win by double digits in the end but I think the Phins keep it interesting. We’ll prolly start another cut Edmunds thread because Waddle or Hill takes a 5 yard dump off 70 yards to the house.

Our secondary is gonna be hurting. If we can generate pressure with 4 and drop enough into coverage to take away obvious first reads I think the Bills have a real shot. Gonna be tricky to stop Waddle and Reek all game though. I see us giving up one, maybe two long plays for maybe TDs off of screens and dump offs. I think the Bills still take it, but wouldn’t be surprised if the Fins scored 24-28 points given their speed and how injured our defense is.

The phrases “neck injury” and “second opinion” don’t typically instill me with confidence that this is minor. All the vibes for Hyde and hope it’s not serious.

I like that we run just enough when its effective to force teams to respect it. It's not a focal point of our offense or the most explosive part of it but its there when we need it.

Whatever. They don’t scare me. I’d rather that team be healthy and put its best players on the field and try their best and know that even that isn’t enough. I don’t want there to be any doubt.

I don’t think Mia has the OL to stop our DL. We should get home with 4, play our typical style of zone defense and don’t give up the big play.

I wonder if we’re gonna see Bills on big brain football again because they saw something.

I don’t think any team except for maybe KC might be favored against the Bills this year.

I think the Titans planned well for our run concepts and have the personnel to make running on them difficult. I’m sure if the pass game was sputtering they would have started running Allen and this would have opened up the run game. They just had crappy corners and Diggs was basically uncoverable all game. Why try to run when you’re just killing them through the air?

Really hope everyone is okay or it’s minor. Wonder as well if these injuries would have kept players like Milano out if the game was much closer.

that’s true, LJ8 was playing really well until he got hurt and was helping paper over a very average defense. Once he went down they won very few games. Right now if the Ravens offense can’t pace with the other team that defense isn’t getting that team the stops it needs when it needs them.
