  1. Absolutely. Just like the facemask penalty that wiped out a Josh TD run in what I believe was the 2nd quarter. It wasn't a 3rd down play but it took a potential 7 points off the board and Buffalo ended up settling for a made fg. I feel like we left a lot out there against the Cardinals and hope we clean those plays up for tonight.
  2. What about the horrible roughing the passer call that benefited the Cardinals in the 1st qtr on a 3rd down play? They went from attempting a field goal to scoring a touchdown. That's a 3 to 7 point swing right there. It works both ways.
  3. meep meep meep me creeps, shoo shoo me buuuuuuuuuuum!!!!! Go Bills!!!!!!!! "Fight on, my men," says Sir Andrew Barton, "I am hurt, but I am not slain; I'll lay me down and bleed a while, And then I'll rise and fight again.
  4. Exactly. The game being played at night takes away the shading on the home side that the stadium design provides for the players.
  5. Exactly. And the most important thing about playing the game at night? No sun beating down on the players!! Yes, it will still be hot and humid, but not nearly as bad as it would be during day light hours.
  6. Great points. Week 1 is not usually a good predictor of how a teams season is going to go. Case in point, 2011 and Fitz is our QB. Week 1 on the road at KC as a big underdog and the Bills win 41-7 in dominating fashion. Enthusiasm for the season goes through the roof. What happened down the stretch? The team that started 5-3 and looked so good early ended up finishing the season a very disappointing 6-11. That same opening week, the Steelers went to Baltimore and got clobbered 35-7. My friend who is huge Steelers fan called me after the game and said the division belongs to Baltimore now. Pittsburg would go on to finish the season with a record of 12-4 and gave up a fluke play in OT to the Tim Tebow led Denver Broncos. All of this to say, win or lose, you can usually take the week one result and flush it. Have fun, take it with a grain of salt, and settle in for a season sure to be filled with highs, lows, and everything in between!
  7. They released a video last year hyping up Gabe Davis and I actually fell for it. I hope this time it works out a little differently lol.
  8. toot toot toot me rum, toot toot me bush!!!!
  9. What is your favorite pizza topping?
  10. My biggest hope at this point would be to stay where they are, take Cooper DeJean, who would be outstanding value there, and then trade our 2nd, 2nd round pick along with a few of our day 3 pics to move back into the 36-45 range and there we take the best receiver on our board remaining.
  11. I don't refuse to see any of that. Sure, Worthy might be a bust. It's certainly possible. But at the very least, let's be real about this. With 4.21 speed if all he does is fly down the field on go routes all season, he will move over a safety and open things up even more for everyone else, including Kelce. furthermore, I absolutely think KC would have gotten their man regardless if we would have declined to trade with them. I just hate that we intentionally agreed to trade with the 3 time winning Super Bowl QB and his Kool-aid head coach, Andy Reid. Look man, I'm not trying to be a jerk or to pick a fight with you. Let's just agree to disagree. I hope I am proven wrong and Beane unleashes an amazing plan that starts to unfold today and Buffalo takes over the AFC for years to come!! I'll do my best and I hope you are right. Maybe Beane has a master plan that is about to unfold and it will shock everyone and set us up for great future success. That is always the hope!
  12. I guess because I'm a fan of the team and one of the benefits about being a fan is that I'm allowed to make an opinion or forecast based on my own homework and or my own discretion. I just hate the optics of willingly agreeing to a trade with KC. If that doesn't bother you, then great, that's your opinion. I'm not going to knock you for it. We can agree to disagree. I just have a really bad taste in my mouth right now and It's obvious I'm not alone here.
  13. What are you even talking about right now? I DON'T CARE how the Chiefs don't end up with Worthy, if in some alternative reality they didn't pick him. I don't care who they picked up at that spot. Why are you focusing on the player they selected? I'm not. All I am saying is you DON'T trade with your biggest rival. Who else does that? If you don't think there are a lot of Buffalo Bills players who feel surprised/angry/shocked that we traded with KC, I don't know what to tell you. It's a horrible look for the franchise right now and it continues to align with the narrative that KC is the bully on the block and we can't do/won't do a damn thing about it.
  14. That's not the point. You don't trade with your BIGGEST rival. I don't care what you gain from it. Andy Reid and Mahomes will continue to be our dad and grandad until they both retire, unless we grow some balls and do something about it.
  15. I don't think anyone is hating on him. He is a very good player. I think people, including myself, don't view his position as the biggest need right now, though yes it is a need.
  16. How is not feeling super positive about this draft based on recent history between Buffalo and KC "living in the past"? How confident do you feel about the current regime and their ability and or desire to give Allen the weapons he needs/deserves to contend with KC and the Bengals going forward?
  17. Allen is the main reason we have remained competitive these last 5 years. It's because of him and in spite of the blunders made by Beane and the front office. Say what you want to or feel how you feel, but to me it's obvious our coaching staff and management is lightyears behind KC's. As long as that is the case, we will always be chasing them.
  18. It's also REALITY. How can you possibly look at what has transpired between the Bills and the Chiefs going back to the 2017 draft and not feel the same?
  19. if they do that, I see them trading their pick at 60 and a 4th, maybe a 4th and a 5th to move up closer to 40 or 45 for their wr.
  20. What if we pull the trigger and select Cooper Dejean, which we all know is a REAL possibility. We would then have to trade back up into the 2nd round to have a chance at most of the receivers on that list and there is no guarantee the one/one's they want will still be available. I just don't have a great feeling right now. Hoping Beane has a master plan that will begin to unfold as the day goes on....
  21. no, you most certainly have not. that said, Go Bills!!!
  22. You sure sound like a troll, especially when you get all defensive. I'm sorry if I upset you, lil guy!
  23. Your anti-Allen dribble is quickly becoming tiring. How many times are you going to post the same thought over and over and over? Anyone want to start a poll on banning this troll?
  24. this makes me want to celebrate with a stiff gin and tonic followed by a quick round of pocket pool before a cold shower!! GO BILLS!!!!
