LOL. Rogers. Does KC need a backup QB to destroy like a parasite 🦠 from within? MN is nuts if they take Rogers.

he will have two houses. After his February win, he can be back his waterfront home in Fort Lauderdale $5.85 million

The kind of 1 yr ring chase signing that we collectively missed during the drought. Thanks to Beane hitting it big with #17. let’s hope Joey stays healthy—he definitely wanted to practice on grass

he ball. The D has simply not got it done to support the HOF QB with 5 prime years left
Agreed. I wonder what it would look like D with a game wrecker Watt in prime as counterweight to O with 17. I’d love Bosa to be that but …

hard to criticize the GM win conditions.
GM gets WC / Division Round. CHECK 4+
HC gets/win Conference. nope
-
Jackson vs Elam
Elam—his last game he was a difference maker 😕

There are Buffalo suburbs that continuously rank in the best places to live and raise a family yearly
More Kool Aid please….paid lists and a bizarre giant sign. Josh will love Buffalo but it’s not because OP is super special to die at. Sorry—it’s just true.
p.s. buf for football and buf to live are entirely different. As we are in March. As I like to call it “fake spring”

Orchard Park is one of the best communities to raise a family in in the country
LOL. After you shovel the family out. You don’t think at least 5 towns in Rochester aren’t equal or better? Let’s not argue that but OP is not hands down special at all.

Then why did Jim Kelly stay in Buffalo lol
Kelly and family grew up a couple hours away or Batavia. Both Hailee and Josh family’s and upbringing are in CA. Children can change everything. We will see. Golf in Buffalo or Pebble Beach?

I could see him following Jim Kelly and living and raising a family in WNY. Even after his playing days are over. He will probably still have a home CA, but I can see him having one here in Buffalo. He really seems to like it here.
Nope. He’ll retire in California. His private plane will get them to games when needed. Don’t kid yourselves—Buffalo is fine for a family, but California has plenty of small towns, like Firebaugh. Jim grew up nearby.
Josh seems like a well balanced person. He will retire well before he becomes a Rogers Clown Show.-

I can’t believe after 4 years of watching him people still defend him. He was awful here, he wasn’t that good his last year at Florida. He was taken on attributes and athleticism
Beane. Attribute and athleticism.
same as #17didn’t work with Elam. He was baaaaaad

What’s remarkable about most #1 busts is that even they tend to show flashes of potential, giving us hope that something might click. But with Elam, the instincts were off from day one—there hasn’t been a single moment or glimpse of promise. It’s rare for a #1 bust to not even tease us a little!

McDermott wants, and they will keep doing it until they find guys who can do it. That's what happened with Hyde and Poyer and that's what they've tried with Rapp and that's now what they're trying with Forrest and Bishop. That's two decent safeties, and maybe more.
It does appear to be a retry of spaghetti on the safety wall and see if a pair sticks.

GM/HC knew how to win Pattycake. Von was a swing. Hope this move helps

It wasn’t a great FA class. Most important moves involved either resigning guys or trades.
Agreed. This FA was good. He signed his own for the most part. Think about it this way? TOP 4 in AFC. retaining your good FAs is key. Bottom 4 draught years? Not so much.

1 yr tells you about confidence in his health.

Took a year with Josh Allen and made some $$$$.
31 receptions for Under 400 yards is easily replicated with a league min deal
Yep. Josh makes $ for all (except me/tickets) But his entertainment value alone?!!
seriously, if this had been any drought year…would have blown up even more (e.g., Fitz)

There’s an inertia to stay. But, let’s be real. $250 guaranteed means he and anyone near him are set for two lifetimes. If I’m Josh, I sign in a second and “keep my OL top 5 and I’ll be happy”
at that level, 10% pay changes are immaterial.
-
Ground Hog Day. Rinse Repeat.
I guess, it’s a “keep swinging until some WR sticks” kind of thing…. -

Josh Allen could have reset the QB market but chose to sign for less than what Dak Prescott signed for last year.
Myles said he wants to play for a contender and then signed for a team I would imagine won't see the playoffs for his entire contract.
Is that really worth $5M AAV when you have the money you already have?
EXACTLY
Josh is a very smart man. He saw what a good OL made for him. I’d take a 10% pay cut for mor help and a future

“I want to win” code switches real quick when a team pays you 35-40M per year as a pass rusher.
Me and Josh both are willing give up 10% wages to work at a place with a future and better coworkers.

The guy and agent saw $250M and signed it so fast. Agent got $5M for that difficult task.
-
Good trade off. More guaranteed. Less total, that can be used on player. Let’s be clear too. $250M guaranteed is enough money for anything he or his fam could ever want.

Joey Bosa signs with Buffalo. 1 year, $12.6 million
in The Stadium Wall
Posted · Edited by Since1981
The bills media piece on Joey came out. Well, he seems like a slow constrained not excitable guy. My wife said “about as interesting to listen to as watching paint dry”
I can see his mindset—I have a yr or two left to win it all. Bills fit. He also seemed genuinely happy to be in a football town
