Back when we were absolutely desperate for any good news. I’m glad we can close the books on ‘the legend’. We have about two dozen players on our current roster that are better deserving “the legend of Playoff Catcher Davis”

Hill beat us with YAC. Tua doesn’t need Josh arm with a dude like Hill

Training Camp practice 7/30 - The pads come on

BB can’t scam much from 3 pics in July to help him Dec 1 Vs bills. His evilness won vs Bills by WATCHING THE FREAKIN WEATHER FORECAST!!! WISH?!?? Like BB, find some creative in game moves, uncover creative loophole, how to leverage situations. Strongest arm in football… Hail Mary at 25 yd 1st down -
You watch the end of that KC clip. I just can’t believe his arm! STILL can’t believe he’s our guy. Some of those throws, I’ve never seen any HOF’er make those. Kelly throws all seem slow by comparison. I knew he was under coached, under experienced at draft. I just can’t believe those throws vs KC

Injury will be the key to playoffs…yes, stating the obvious but Tre on the field vs KC? Would have made just enough difference.

I never really thought about it until now!! But anyone >30 pushes for Knox auto or a dumb fowl ball = loser. Man, you need a real life.

OT: Belichick says that Mac's improvement is "dramatic"
Since1981 replied to Success's topic in The Stadium Wall
BB is just hyping his boy. Until I mentally compared Fitz vs Allen. My head exploded at the comparable delivery speed. It’s ridiculously slow, sorry Fitz!! Mac has a ceiling but BB has a vested interest to hype ++. QB trade or convince FA how Pats have “the guy” (ahhh, JP Lossman v2.0, nope!) -
Davis just shows up for biggest playoff games (colts, KC) Other than that, he is just lame, unproven

Camp wages: “get "per diem" payments based on $2,900 per week, and first-year players $1,700 per week” …while not a clean analysis of the full season wage!!. It’s interesting that they are technically only making $88k to $150k in camp. That’s not much for the risk and effort.

You don't pay safeties, linebackers, or interior linemen.

Poyer and Hyde know they might not be as good without each other or elsewhere. Poyer gets paid but it WILL NOT be a bank breaker deal. -

JA’s contract continues to look better with each new QB contract
Since1981 replied to BillsFan619's topic in The Stadium Wall
If I’m Josh, I made a contract deal with GM. Put X% higher than NFL $ into my OLINE/RB for my benefit/health in exchange for merely “top QB 15” on 6 yrs avg. est. A healthy Josh will make more $ endorsements in yr 4 (and can walk at 60), than a broke man with ego. JA is not an egomaniac, thank god. -
JA’s contract continues to look better with each new QB contract

Mahomes had it correct and I think Josh too. They both signed generational wealth deals. JA can keep reasonable team deal, then team win, and then even make more endorsements because he won (with team friendly deal). Once you have $5M for each parent, sibling, kids…you look to other life needs like SB and OLINE so you can walk as a senior. Josh and Pat both know this and won’t let ego get in the way -
Grumpy old men here. -5F? At least it couldn’t rain …horses, telegraph and football in -5F. NHL plays in Dixie—Let’s advance people. Pegulas $5B is serious multigenerational wealth, that can’t be an inhibitor either. Has anyone realized he can give $1B to each kid and it’s functionally VERY hard to spend 1,000 millions.

The anti dome owner and peeps are just nuts. -5F? get serious. ESPN pregame literally got blown off the field. Local tv dudes were in booth for pregame. Btw, even famous shirtless Fitzy was snug as a bug in orange glow light

Much like Fisher camp where I can’t get in now Vs 2006…a small 60k stadium … I’m resigned to a few games a year from an affordability standpoint. 8 tix I need per game is a lot $$ So, while I want a covering + cheap tx…I suppose another casualty of a good team AND keeping Bills in WNY—-worth it

Richie reminds me of the benefit sports for kids with a behavioral problem. Maybe his adulting runway allowed him to out run it. Many 17-22 yr old boys get into a little funk, not all find a + diversion

The casual days of Rochester folks on lunch breaks, kids then hanging at camp fence lines…appear to be over boooo. Our price for success on the field

Bills Coach Sean McDermott Details Skin Cancer Battle
Since1981 replied to HOUSE's topic in The Stadium Wall
McClappy’s was squamous. Squamous/basal skin cancers are NOT a “brush with death”. Melanoma is the deadly 1% skin cancer, he didn’t have. I’ve had 7 basal. My kids joke that I’m a cancer survivor but frankly calling non melanoma a “brush with death” is a disservice to anyone with many real tough disease (MS, lupus, blindness, etc) …he came nowhere near mr. grim reaper. let actual football start….soooon!
