    He’s done everything possible on field. He’s not flagged nor done anything off field. That he gets a little annoyed at losing? Criminal! Never happens here

    I just watch Josh face, eyes. I only see what’s in tv. But his light-hearted spirit, gleam in his eyes, just all seems like it’s gone. It doesn’t look he’s having fun for months

    2 yrs ago--McD had both a capable OC and capable DC (and he still sucked at in-game) 2023 he has neither capable lieutenants. Further condemnation?? He won't/can't/didn't retain capable coordinators--Makes him even worse at in-game, planning, etc.

    McC made the decision alone. He may suck as a playoff NFL HC but he's not stupid. McD had no choice. It doesn't mean this is over. Come January if nothing dramatic changes, Terry will be forced to step in.

    so let’s be clear D and O coordinators fired in last 10 months. And why isn’t Smiley fired??? Nobody wants to be McD coordinator today. So. No way McD lasts past January. It’s either him or Diggs. I think we’re at that ugly place.

    Yes. And who the hell (of any substance or stature) wants to be a McDummy coordinator?? Made me jealous watching Wilson and Peyton talking on the sidelines.

    Payton out coached our McD, not unlike Reid’s :13. Think about it, inferior team, on road, scramble FG unit and yet, it was our guy that couldn’t count to 11? Oh yeah, he only has 10 fingers so….

    The Clap is gone. Firing Dorsey was his only possible move to attempt to stay. There are HC and OC's that want to come to BUF and every NFL and HS coach saw 12 men and said "Whowoa, that's coaching 101, I can do WAAAAY better"

    How McClappy and coordinators is a big issue. who of good stature would work as DC/OC under him? that’s rhetorical. nobody. He can be a DC somewhere

    D did fine. I feel guilty about negativity. I guess I haven’t felt that the coaches are literally killing my team. Haven’t experienced that with Bills. We’ve had bad teams but this is VERY different

    Jets are going plow over this team. Team is lost and won’t follow mcDimwit and Dorkey after that CLEAR losss due to coaching, 12 men.

    I can see it under some hurry up type D situations with packages. This was not that. It was a kick AFTER a time out!

    I’m just so focused coach. on timeout then 12 men, game won. So basic. count to 11? How does your kick d not have 11 package set? It’s HS 101 McD has totally lost me and maybe the team on that one. It’s too overtly dumb ass.

    HS coach mistake. Even had a timeout to count to 11 game directly lost.
