  1. Agreed that the fumble was a very poor play call and was not executed well. However, he needs to be held accountable for not having the awareness to simply fall on the ball, which would have (at least) saved a FG or possibly given us a chance to regroup and get a TD on the drive. Agree with all of your other points on McKenzie, very poor showing from him yesterday in particular. I think McKenzie is still living off the one stellar game he had last year when Beasley was out with injury. Need to get Shakir a higher percentage of snaps moving forward...he has been impressive.
  2. Yep, it's time to move to Shakir. I was high on McKenzie before the season started but bad things seem to happen when he is around the ball right now...and he compounds mistakes with poor decision making (Exhibit A - Not falling on the ball yesterday after the pitch miscue on our opening drive)
  3. I was really high on McKenzie before the season but bad things seem to happen when he is around the ball this year.
  4. Wahhhhh. Team didn’t show up. Two turnovers. Subpar play calling, etc. Team seems to have zero juice today but let’s blame the refs
  5. Yep, McDermott with another 0:13 moment. The one thing they couldn’t do on 3rd and 22 was allow Tua a bunch of time to throw the ball with all of our inexperience on the back end. McDermott chooses to rush 3… MORON
  6. Exactly. That is such a critical situation the HC should have his nose in every single aspect of what is going on. The fact that the coaching staff completely soiled itself on the kickoff and subsequent defensive series is making me more angry the more I think about it. We even called timeouts and nobody had the common sense to not let Kelce and Hill run free off the line. Gross
  7. Take 3 knees. Can’t play it too safe
  8. Flashbacks to play calling in Jacksonville
  9. To gain an extra 2 yards on 3rd & 17?! 😂
  10. Bottom line is the 2021 Bills suck. Offensively probably the most one dimensional team of all time. Defense now imploding as well
  11. A one dimensional team who plays its home games in an outdoor stadium…often times with inclimate weather. When I saw the weather forecast for this one I knew we were screwed. I can’t believe the front office didn’t do more to address the run game this offseason.
  12. Outcoached. Dominated up front. Dumb play call at the end. Deserved the L
  13. That’s because the libs have Canada by the balls. Can’t shift a schedule at a stadium that has 8-10 games per year, give me a break. Now those employees can sit around til 4AM when the game finishes
  14. Agreed...the longer they wait to work on Allen's deal, the worse it will be for the organization as Josh continues to increase his leverage. They will get it done this offseason as they should...and it will look like a relative bargain in a few years as the price of even serviceable to good QB's (seek Kirk Cousins, etc.) continues to skyrocket.
  15. For the psyche of the team and perhaps to put some pressure on the Chiefs, a 16 point game when they recover the onside kick is much different than 17 points. Say they made the 2 point conversion...you are still down 15, which still requires two TD's, an extra point, and a 2 point conversion...so why not just make it a 2 score game immediately by taking the extra point, since you also need one of those if you are fortunate enough to climb back in the game? It ended up not making a difference, but I'm surprised people are defending that decision.
  16. Ummm no...kick an extra point and it’s a 2 possession game. You need two more TD’s anyway. It’s simple math. Going for it (unsuccessfully) and making it a 17 point game effectively ended the ball game. You are right in that there were far bigger problems in terms of kicking two FG’s on 4th and Goal situations, only making KC punt once, missing an extra point, having zero running game, etc
  17. Yep, going for 2 down 17 was absolutely mind blowing...compounded by the fact that we actually recovered the onside kick! That is an unforgivable coaching decision. Down 16 and there is at least a flicker of hope if we recover that onside kick. Down 17 = game over.
  18. Agree with everything except I’m not sure the INT was 100 % on Josh. The sacks for huge losses are the most infuriating thing to me because he seemingly has plenty of time to throw the ball away.
  19. Stop. Bills were completely dominated all game. The Chiefs even gave us a free TD and it wasn’t even close.
  20. Hence why we shouldn’t have settled for FG’s...kiss of death against the Chiefs
  21. I’ve been very critical of McDermott tonight but at least he said “we didn’t coach our best game” afterward. Respect his ability to recognize/say that even though the loss is still fresh
  22. Diggs stayed on the field by himself to soak in the Chiefs’ celebration for next year.
