  1. If we can win and beat Brady in a superbowl I'm pretty sure they will never top this season, at least for me.
  2. Minkah always played safety though, he also played a "big nickel" roll at Bama, think Saban calls it the star position, but he was always a safety. Surtain has been a man corner since day 1 at Bama, I don't see that changing in the league.
  3. NCAA will hammer Tennessee because they don't need them for ratings, supposedly Georgia is caught as well but I wouldn't expect much to come of them. Though one does have to wonder, TN only won what 3 or 4 games? You had to cheat to get that? Lol
  4. Didn't the Eagles fire Pedersen because he wanted to move on from Wentz? Not saying it's a bad fit, just not sure he's actually available.
  5. Cool, he's already signed a contract to coach a High School team about 25 minutes from my house. Always liked Rivers, great career plagued by bad teams.
  6. I want him to play for the entertainment, best against best type deal, but if he doesn't that's not on the Bill's. Football is rough, toughen up. Win the next 2 and laugh if they still can't get national media respect.
  7. Deshaun Watson situation seems crazy to me. Not sure how you accept 38-40M a year and then 5 months later you can't stand to see the team owners face. If it's that bad now, it was then as well. He shouldn't have taken the money.
  8. I'm not sure about this, he wasn't a big city Cali guy. Small town, farm etc. Probably relates more to buffalo than LA, Vegas, SF or any of that. I also think he values the teammates around him as well as the front office. If the team deteriorated and they were not paying him his money/coaching staff change anything like that, yeah who knows.
  9. I think he would take a cut here and there to obtain an extra player some years. I don't think he would take under market out of the gate, and I don't blame him. If he holds out that's on the front office, pay the man.
  10. Milano is an important piece, according on his price will determine if they replace him. I do think he could be replaced.
  11. We essentially did this to the Ravens last year as well. The difference was last year we had a few busted coverages on TEs that got some points. They couldn't run on us with the QB though, I don't think the Ravens can beat us with Leslie as DC unless they learn to throw.
  12. I don't think this changes much, only negative I see is some of the guys at smaller schools will get less looks, which means less opportunities. Of course if your scouting department finds a small school guy and gets him later in the draft that would be a win for the team, not the player.
  13. Get used to it. Even if we beat KC and the GB/Tampa and hoist the Lombardi they will find reasons why the other teams blew it not why we won it. Thankfully none if that matters.
  14. Isola said they could win with Henne at QB.
  15. The Blitz I wouldn't worry too much about. Ravens blitzed 46.1% of the time all season, only 20% against the Bill's Allen was 6-7 with a TD on those blitzes. Fair to say defenses have figured out blitzing Allen isn't smart.
  16. It would help, but I don't think they have to. Everyone has known all year we have no running game, we just beat the team with a great defense in a game where it was hard to pass because of weather. Yet here they still stand, so "must" is probably a strong word. Allen will go off this game, he wants to prove he's on Mahomes level.
  17. I would think he wants to remain in pro ball. In college recruiting is everything and he doesn't have much experience on that, Alabama is easy to recruit at. Just my thought but I could be wrong.
  18. Honestly I don't think the success can be put on any one guy. The entire offense genuinely likes playing with one another and they love their coaches. The WRs bought the WR coach a new truck and have professed their love for Daboll. So all in all you play your best when you are comfortable and having fun. Not rocket science, just sometimes it's hard to get the right attitudes/talent level in the same room. We are in that situation, we should enjoy it and realize it's a collective unit, not an individual, which is awesome.
  19. I would think it's trending that direction, I would think he would prefer stay here than enter into a bad situation. IMO the eagles and texans are going to be a hard sell to some candidates.
  20. On Get Up! They pretty much said it's not Lamars fault for the passing game, it's an organizational issue. I like Lamar, I just hate how the media treats him.
  21. All I know is they beat the browns by 5 we beat the ravens by 14 in a horrible wind storm. The divide isn't what people want you to believe. No guarantee CEH or Mahomes plays but even if they do we have a legit chance. It's more of a game we fit anyways, colts/ravens actually had the ideal team structure to beat us.
  22. Alabama LB Dylan Moses, tore his ACL in 2019 but played in 2020. He wasn't 100% by no means but will be for his first pro year. Would have been a 1st round pick without the injury. Hes projected as a mid round pick, built for today's NFL speed/coverage, I'd take a chance on him.
  23. Win one then worry about it. I highly doubt anyone who seen the 90s team play will ever discredit what they did. Younger people who never seen Kelly and the boys lace them up? Yeah they probably will but that's life. As an Alabama fan I can say the bandwagon thing sucks but it's easily ignored.
  24. This is ridiculous, Steelers can't make up 28 points
  25. Steelers might want to show up at some point. Browns are the browns right?
