A sense of calm this week...
Southern_Bills replied to Billsfan1972's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
If we can win and beat Brady in a superbowl I'm pretty sure they will never top this season, at least for me. -
This upcoming Draft we will get to see how Good Beane is
Southern_Bills replied to MAJBobby's topic in College Football
Minkah always played safety though, he also played a "big nickel" roll at Bama, think Saban calls it the star position, but he was always a safety. Surtain has been a man corner since day 1 at Bama, I don't see that changing in the league. -
Jeremy Pruitt fired for cause Univ. Of TN is a mess
Southern_Bills replied to BuffaloBill's topic in College Football
NCAA will hammer Tennessee because they don't need them for ratings, supposedly Georgia is caught as well but I wouldn't expect much to come of them. Though one does have to wonder, TN only won what 3 or 4 games? You had to cheat to get that? Lol -
Didn't the Eagles fire Pedersen because he wanted to move on from Wentz? Not saying it's a bad fit, just not sure he's actually available.
-
Cool, he's already signed a contract to coach a High School team about 25 minutes from my house. Always liked Rivers, great career plagued by bad teams.

QBs with fewer than 2 playoff wins
Southern_Bills replied to Bleeding Bills Blue's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Deshaun Watson situation seems crazy to me. Not sure how you accept 38-40M a year and then 5 months later you can't stand to see the team owners face. If it's that bad now, it was then as well. He shouldn't have taken the money. -
I'm not sure about this, he wasn't a big city Cali guy. Small town, farm etc. Probably relates more to buffalo than LA, Vegas, SF or any of that. I also think he values the teammates around him as well as the front office. If the team deteriorated and they were not paying him his money/coaching staff change anything like that, yeah who knows.

Is Matt Milano the Bill's MVP
Southern_Bills replied to BITE ME's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Milano is an important piece, according on his price will determine if they replace him. I do think he could be replaced. -
The running game has to be there vs KC this week.
Southern_Bills replied to Toyo321's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
The Blitz I wouldn't worry too much about. Ravens blitzed 46.1% of the time all season, only 20% against the Bill's Allen was 6-7 with a TD on those blitzes. Fair to say defenses have figured out blitzing Allen isn't smart. -

It would help, but I don't think they have to. Everyone has known all year we have no running game, we just beat the team with a great defense in a game where it was hard to pass because of weather. Yet here they still stand, so "must" is probably a strong word. Allen will go off this game, he wants to prove he's on Mahomes level. -
Report: Daboll will remain with Bills in 2021
Southern_Bills replied to YoloinOhio's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I would think he wants to remain in pro ball. In college recruiting is everything and he doesn't have much experience on that, Alabama is easy to recruit at. Just my thought but I could be wrong. -
Honestly I don't think the success can be put on any one guy. The entire offense genuinely likes playing with one another and they love their coaches. The WRs bought the WR coach a new truck and have professed their love for Daboll. So all in all you play your best when you are comfortable and having fun. Not rocket science, just sometimes it's hard to get the right attitudes/talent level in the same room. We are in that situation, we should enjoy it and realize it's a collective unit, not an individual, which is awesome.

Chargers to Hire Brandon Staley as HC (not Daboll)
Southern_Bills replied to Reed83HOF's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I would think it's trending that direction, I would think he would prefer stay here than enter into a bad situation. IMO the eagles and texans are going to be a hard sell to some candidates. -
So the Lamar excuses start????
Southern_Bills replied to Billsfan1972's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
On Get Up! They pretty much said it's not Lamars fault for the passing game, it's an organizational issue. I like Lamar, I just hate how the media treats him. -
All I know is they beat the browns by 5 we beat the ravens by 14 in a horrible wind storm. The divide isn't what people want you to believe. No guarantee CEH or Mahomes plays but even if they do we have a legit chance. It's more of a game we fit anyways, colts/ravens actually had the ideal team structure to beat us.

2021 Draft & potential Milano replacements?
Southern_Bills replied to Dkollidas's topic in College Football
Alabama LB Dylan Moses, tore his ACL in 2019 but played in 2020. He wasn't 100% by no means but will be for his first pro year. Would have been a 1st round pick without the injury. Hes projected as a mid round pick, built for today's NFL speed/coverage, I'd take a chance on him.
