You're likely correct, I'm not advocating one certain player, it may be a CB. Just saying Beane may have that type of mindset since he isn't trying to "fill out" a roster so to speak.

This is my attitude now, at 24ish...nah lol. Again not justifying it just saying we have to remember who we are speaking of, young athletes who think they are bulletproof.

You could be completely correct in your thoughts, this isn't to be construed as a "right/wrong" thing... But, for devils advocate if nothing else, we retained nearly our entire roster (thanks Covid). Wouldn't it be a time to sell out for an impact rookie to push the roster over the top if one existed? Harris/Etienne/Pitts are the names that come to mind. Just saying it's set up to go either way which is a great place.

With everything we retained? I think so. I'm not going to say a Wyatt Teller isn't an upgrade over someone in the OL room currently, but they resigned everyone which makes me think they are pretty happy with what they have. The other positions would make more of an impact IMO.

All I know is we need a CB, edge rusher, TE and a complete RB. Don't really care how it shakes out, if we get all of them I'm going to be stoked.

I wouldn't get too bent out of shape over it. I had a temper when I was younger and seen/participated in many bar fights. I'd like to think if I had a high profile position like him I would have controlled myself better, but there is no guarantee. It's bad, but it's not throw him out of the league bad.

Dunlap would be my pick from the list but not for big money. Considering we kept most of our team together Beane can sell out to get a DE in the draft if one is worthy.

Only team with an outside shot is Miami. We kept a really good team in tact, that means alot. No guarantees of course but I like the Bills chances.

Considering it goes back to his HS recruitment and it's still being talked about for the NFL Draft tells me it's a reoccurring theme. If it happens in high school and he had zero issues in college I doubt it gets talked about, so I would think something happened at Penn State as well. I would pass, don't need him bad enough to take the risk.

Crazy. I couldn't imagine blowing an opportunity like that, I mean I'm human I've blown an opportunity, but to basically throw away an NFL career is mind numbing.
