We could do alot worse, that goes without saying. Do I think we need to get more creative in late game situations and in general to create more opportunities for turnovers? Absolutely. So I won't bad mouth Leslie Frasier because like I said, it could be alot worse. But it could also be a little better.

This is probably not a true statement. It's the problem with schools delaying investigations, they wait so long that the evidence for guilt or innocence is long gone. I wasn't there and have no clue what happened, but this just means even if something happened they can't prove it in court.

Best case scenario he gets to hold a clipboard somewhere and only has to play to hold a team together until the actual QB gets back. He can make good money that way, he just isn't a QB1. I mean, he made alot if money. I agree it isnt his fault he was overdrafted, but what if he was a 4th round pick? He would have made a fraction of what he has. He made alot for his talent level, no one should feel bad for him.

He is playing within a system that made Jimmy G and Mr. Irrelevant (Brock Purdy) look good. It's QB friendly. Yes great stats, great season. At the end of the day though everything has to be perfect for him to succeed, he elevates no one around him. Not to mention they have to constantly tell him how great he is to keep his confidence up. He isn't a great QB.

Receiver Options For the Remainder of the Season?
Southern_Bills replied to Warriorspikes51's topic in The Stadium Wall
I honestly don't think anyone outside of Beasley and Cooks add anything, assuming Cooks is in shape. Beasley simply because he knows the system. I would rather Shakir step up in all honesty though. Beckham is on a different level from those guys if he's healthy. I assume Beane is only interested if he is healthy now or within the next 4 weeks. -
Dolphins/Bills - Saturday, December 17th, 8:15PM

Can't wait for this one, if you can pressure Tua he is pure trash. I have to say I hate the Dolphins more so than the Patriots, and it's probably directly correlated to the Tua love fest. -
Lamar Jackson leaves denver game with knee injury
Southern_Bills replied to BuffaloBills1998's topic in The Stadium Wall
You are probably very close to the truth. The burning question I want to know is why Wideouts do not want to play there. Is it the blocking for Lamar? Lack of creativity in routes from Roman? One of those things I'd like to know a definitive answer to (don't expect to get it) instead of just educated speculation. -
Sunday Night Football: Saturday in Jerry World

If the Cowboys could lose it would be a great Football Sunday. -
Chiefs at Bengals Game thread - 4:25 PM Kickoff

I didn't call the Bengals game, but I figured if you guys dropped one it would be the Raiders. They always play you guys tough regardless of their record. -
KC, Buffalo and Miami play again so they can handle that themselves.

I had no clue he would be this good obviously, but he was my pick just because of Buffalo's weather and his arm strength. Figured he had the best chance. My 2nd pick was Mason Rudolph, so I'm pretty happy we didn't get to option 2 on my board lol. Not a single team that picked 1-6 wouldn't take Josh in that scenario now.

His dad is the QB coach for the Cowboys. So I'm sure he's had good training lol.

Fair argument, but you shouldn't be given a pass for losing a conference title game either. 2024 it won't matter much, will be 12 teams. Then everyone will argue about why they should be 12 not 13. 🤷

Nothing against Michigan, they played a great game against OSU. Beating the same team twice is difficult for anyone when it's a good team. Michigan wouldn't welcome it. Don't sweat it, OSU is the most deserving 4th team. I always feel the 4th team always ends up being a fringe team anyways. Rarely do we get a cut and dry "top 4"

I can understand, but Rhodes did the smart thing and saved his gas for another play. He isn't running Jones down lol -
I have a feeling if TCU loses today, especially if it's by more than 3, OSU and Bama would sneak in. Making it 1 UGA 2 Michigan 3 OSU 4 Bama. I mean that would probably push the 12 team playoff quicker from the anger of other conferences. I just don't see TCU getting in if they can't beat Kansas State.

As an avid Bama fan, I can assure you I'm not making a case for them to be in the playoffs. Austin Peay actually had a great goal line stand against Bama lol. But at the same time, don't get skull drug by 2 teams and be on your backup QB looking for preference to get in the playoffs or being ranked higher. Just doesn't work that way. OSU got in one year after Penn state beat them and Penn state was sitting at home, it happens.
