The one that sticks out to me was September 1999. I was in college and lived in Colorado at the time. Me and a couple people started driving to New York on a Thursday night. We got to my family’s house in New York on Friday night. We spent the day with them on Saturday. Then, we went to the Bills game on Sunday. They played the Eagles and won 26-0. Woohoo! Then, we started driving back to Colorado on Sunday night. After all that, so thankful that they won! 🤣 OK Bills fans, your turn. Share a story that reveals your dedication. Go Bills! Good back and forth, bro! Don’t you think Yeldon not seeing the field had more to do with his fumble history as well as the coaching staff wanting to see what they had in Sungletary/Moss? They have a much better picture of what those two can do after Singletary’s second year and Moss’ first year. Just thoughts.

Since we need his speed, what makes you think he’s only Yeldon’s replacement? Yeldon was barely active and we need Breida’s speed out there.

It feels great to know (at this time of year) that we have an awesome, competitive and contending team. While all of us want to improve so that we can win a Super Bowl, we’re not desperate wondering what our front office needs to do for us to be good. We know we are good. GO BILLS!!!

Yeah, especially if we get someone in the draft to develop. You could a guy like you mentioned above on a one year contract while you develop the pass rusher you drafted. I asked this to someone else in this thread as well. If your pass rusher is there in the 20s, would you be open to trading up or do you feel we need all the draft capital we can get?

Pass rusher. IMO, it’s not even close. As I’ve mentioned in another thread, we have superstars in some positions, serviceable players in other positions but pass rusher is our glaring hole.

I don’t know if they’ve been too conservative (yet). They did go hard after Watt, they just didn’t get him. Also, like a few have suggested, Beane might be waiting to get the price down for one of these second-tier pass rushers that are still out there.

Because of the cap, if I had to choose one, it would be pass rusher.

It would be good to have two people like that on the team that know each other so well.

I definitely get what you’re saying. I just hope that they attempt to address it by landing someone. If they fail, they fail. Nobody hits it out of the park every time but at least they would have tried.

This is my thought with Clowney as well. If you can’t get anyone else, go with him. If he doesn’t work out, great, you at least tried and you can get rid of him at the end of the season.
