  1. I know the Packers have some yards but a goal line stand and an interception is not a bad way to start for the bills defense.
  2. Nice, Micah! Nice, pass rush (didn’t see who it was)!
  3. Looks like neck and neck between Levi and Dane according to the announcers.
  4. I know the Jags got Lawrence but that’s not saying much.
  5. Goosebumps my friend. Thanks for sharing. The season can’t get here soon enough. Let’s go Buffalo!!!
  6. You’re sneaky, Miyagi! You must be talking about Tua.
  7. Hey bro, no riddles allowed. 😜🤣
  8. I don’t see anyone on here necessarily predicting that Mitch would keep rolling if JA went down. I see people saying that there’s potential for him to be a solid to great back up if JA went down. Unless a starter goes out for an entire season, if your back up can play .500 ball, that puts the team in good shape when the starter is back. Mitch can do that and it’s not based on one preseason game. His career record as a starter is 29-21, which is better than .500 ball.
  9. 😂 nice! That'd be awesome if that happened.
  10. Obviously anything could happen but I think the Bills win comfortably. It won't be a blowout but the game will never really be in doubt. 1-0, BABY!!!
  11. I could definitely see that happening with the Dolphins. Not because they don't have a pretty solid team and coach, I just don't believe in Tua. It's harder to predict the Pats. I can see them faltering again because of weak (or rookie) QB play, but with their defense and BB, they could be a tough out. It should be a fun season for sure. Go Bills!
  12. I get that it doesn’t mean much until you play the games. Nobody has won anything yet. Yes, I agree. It’s still fun to talk about though. Considering that some used to wonder if awesome college football teams could beat our bills to a post that says that our bills back ups are the second best team in the division, we’ve come a long way as a team. Go Bills!
  13. I definitely agree with you, that has been the overall pattern. That said, I don’t think it’s just a McD thing. I think most good teams go through stretches throughout the year where they’re not themselves, it gets hard or they get into a funky stretch where they have to push through. I believe many times that’s what separates a mediocre/decent team from a good/great team. Can you push through when it gets tough? Can you still win even on days where you were somewhat off or not completely in sync? The Pats had a few seasons where that’s what their September looked like. Some started to write them off. Then, they’d either get to AFC Championship game or end up winning the Super Bowl. Like you mentioned, the bills will most likely face that type of stretch again this season. And to your point, if they can play .500 ball during that stretch, they should be fine. Go Bills!
  14. I do think they have a good chance of sweeping the division again. They’re definitely very capable of doing it for a second straight year. That said, as someone in another thread mentioned, even with the two decades of dominance that the Pats had, you didn’t often see them sweep. They usually got tripped up by Miami once a year.
  15. 🤣 nice! It must feel good to be on the right side of these posts now. Go Bills!
  16. I think it really depends on each teams QB play. And the QB play is hard to predict. You have a washed up cam/rookie in NE and then you have tua, who I don’t think is going to do much, in Miami. Even though Flores has been solid so far, you most likely give the upper hand to BB though.
  17. As usual, good thoughts, MJS. It’s very cool to have the depth we have this year. Some of our backups may have been starting for our drought teams. Heck, even JA’s first year. Don’t know if it’s a testament to how good we are this year or how mediocre we used to be. Probably a little of both. 🤣😜
  18. Good thoughts, bro! The patriots, because of their defense and BB could be a distant second. You could make the case for Miami too but I just don’t believe in Tua. They’re a decent team and could be competitive at times but I believe he’ll bring the team down.
  19. I agree. JA the whole way!
  20. Oh, I totally get it. Sometimes though, the best backups are the QBs who have some starting experience. Fitz is a good example. MT will most likely be gone after the year anyway. Go Bills!
