Not really. You definitely WOULD take a flyer on someone whose talent you aren't completely convinced about.
Issues of coachability, he 'doesn't watch film,' a poor interview, teams he doesn't want to play for, and some very obvious Hall of Fame Daddy Baggage means the team becomes a media circus (not in a good way) as soon as this kid arrives.
Some coaches can handle all that. Many might prefer not to.
And I definitely don't think they got together to discuss 'humbling' this kid beforehand. There are lots of draftees who are full of themselves. That's far from the only problem here.
It'll be interesting to see who's willing to take a chance on him!
