The thought of Jason Sehorn as a HC is just as unnerving!

I thought it was the PRO Football HOF not the NFL Football HOF. Shouldn't his CFL stats have some meaning in the debate?

Doesn't sound as if Jauron said coordinator. Though I'm sure he would make Shoop an assistant HC.

I'm sure the Bills would wear the throwback unis.

I think the plan is to give each player their own personal coach.

Except McNair is willing to pay his assistants top dollar.

Though I won't be suprised to learn that he is making twice his Bills salary.

If I just intervied for the HC spot I would not expect to have to interview again for a lower position. If they wanted me for the lower spot they should just offer it to me.

You need to hire good teachers - so who better to teach a 5-11 team then coaches that have experienced 5-11.

Maybe the Bills are waiting to hire the Steelers DB coach (fill in any lower level defensive coach you like) as their next DC.

I'm guessing he won't be wrestling the potential DL draft picks.

I read that the Titans are actually interested in Cutler. Of course if the Bills lost to the Bengals that would have been their pick.

He reduces the amount of blame that is going to be placed on him by moving down the coaching ladder while still doubling his salary. Sounds pretty smart to me.

That is what still worries me the most. And his offenses were even worse.

Put Favre on the Bills and Gregg Williams is still the head coach of the Bills. The coach has to work with the players he has. Jauron didn't have much to work with on the last 2 teams he has worked for and those teams records and offensive & defensive rankings show that. For the most part he was not able to get his teams to overachieve. He is now coming into another situation where he doesn't have much to work.

Coaches are not allowed to wear suit and ties during the game. They have to wear official "coachwear" designed by the company that makes the jerseys.

Does that make TD a little smarter then Marv since he didn't pick Jauron?

Maybe Marv knows that the team will be bad for 2 or 3 seasons so might as well bring in a coach that will get them better draft picks.
