John Elway was already pointed out--add Steve Young to that mix as well. Some of his timely runs remain legendary through NFL Films...

Steve Young is still active as an analyst, i'm sure he'd concede he couldnt carry a team in both the running and passing game.  Its why Vic called him Elway on steroids.  If youve been around long enough to watch Kelly you know the difference.

    John Elway?

Nope, broken play runner as was Steve Young, these guys were good picking up yards when plays fell apart.  They had Wateers and Craig and Terrell Davis.  Its not an argument that Josh should never run.  These guys will turn it into that cause they protect whomever wears the colors.  I think Cook is fine in a role, just not as Rb1.   the guy asked why.

Why is it the only people who discount Cook all the time are….posters in this forum?  Dude has completed the offense….and yet….people got make themselves feel smart by discounting him…..smh.

oh, well glad you asked.  Cause there has been 57 super bowls and not one has been won by a running quarterback.  Josh Allen running is the Bills identity because the brain trust hasnt given him a runner to compliment him. Need a big play?, Josh's legs...short yardage?  All Josh.  Best runner on the team, Josh Allen.  Maybe after the Dallas game Cook caught a little attention from opposing coordinators.  Usually he's ignored and will spurt a few before a couple negative plays that puts them behind the chains, and Josh is looked to for the bail out.  4th quarter to run the clock out? looks like Johnson won that job if the Pittsburgh game is any indicator.  Idk why they just dont give him the lions share of the carries during the game.   Bottom line a running quarterback only gets you so far as determined by the history of the NFL.

KC averages 21 points per game over their last 11. It's going to be loud, hostile, cold, and somewhat windy.

Our whole D line is intact, deep, and we get sacks and pressure. Veteran safeties with Douglas and Dodson back, we will basically have 2 solid back ups in there.

I'm not that worried about D

what's the wind forecast?  i saw 11 mph last.  This game is going under im thinking

  5. I don't wanna say anything when I talk to people who aren't Bills fans, but it seems the consensus is this might be their year and they'd love to see them push the kill switch on the Chiefs and all the commercials. I think my best approach is critical and cautiously optimistic cause it's working so far. But sometimes I think, how? All they know is Josh Allen not a thought of the absenties from week 1's depth chart and the rest. So I'm not gonna show it but everyday is in anticipation.

I don't think the officiating has gotten worse.  We just have social media where everything is highlighted a million times more.

It's human error, it happens.  There are blunders in every job but like in every job, some blunders are enough to remove you.

A game with a million variables is fixed because a few missed calls lol.

    Since I am kind.

No bro. What you're doing is trying to be handed answers. You're not cut out for this. Stay in other threads where youre safe and you don't doubt yourself. Believe nothing that you hear and half of what you see. What you don't know can't hurt ya.

Yes I do watch movies.  But you know what movies aren’t?  A live sport or competition where is a winner and loser.

When you watch a sports movie, do you critique the player?  Did you know these actors rehearse?  When did the Bills and Steelers rehearse this game?

You're a little lost like coming into the middle of a movie and asking questions. Don't be that guy. Start from the first post of the thread and read them all and i'm sure you'll have your answer.

    No its not.

The previous pick six single season leaders were from years ago.

Anyone who believes the league is fixed and rigged but then spends time on a message board for that league and then critique the players is an idiot.

I mean, do people like this critique the players on Friday Night Lights?

And players matter. You won't see a talent like Allen insurrected then resurrected. There are talents in the league that are helped along. Mayfield is a good example. Purdy is a fine story. It all glares through when they'll fall.

Movies aren't real either, do you ever watch them?  Heck 65 percent of the people participating in the Iowa caucuses don't believe Biden won the election in 2020. The NFL is time well spent for me. The keys that tip which side to be on has yet to change. I just wouldn't bet anything live based on what I see during the game.

  10. A night of missed tackles Joe Buck says 😂 Philly isnt even trying and its always the same techniques, flaling arms, single arm attemps and defenders colliding.. then Aikman almost always has a quick comment on the replay. This time it was "I don't know what that was" .. it's how superior teams lose to inferior teams and it comes out in the wash to everyone as the back and forth nature of the NFL, or Any given Sunday.

Well, it certainly turned out in a way that makes the NFL happy.

You don't even know how many turns there are. Lot of turns in a game with half bets, quarter bets, live bets, totals...players stats.. no matter, they put it in everyone's face that that particular turnover didn't happen when we all saw it did. So shrug it off and pretend.

Theyre gonna try to say the recovery in bounds wasn’t clear

We got one tossup late hit call…what else are they sayin went our way?  We were still way behind on calls going in our favor after they stole an obvious fumble recovery from us

A guy named code monkey uses the term conspiracy.  It's not conspiracy cause everyone saw it. Esiason said not one person here can understand the call.
