Diggs #3 overall WR entering 2021 according to ESPN
Boxcar replied to BruceVilanch's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Yeah. We all love Diggs, but could you imagine Hopkins in this offense? Between him and Beasley, could go a whole year without a dropped pass. -
You don't want the best CB in the league? Interesting. Edit: some of the responses in this thread are hilarious. I can get not liking the guy, personally, but that doesn't make him a subpar player. If you would pass on Jalen Ramsey opposite White, you are insane. This is separate from the salary issue (the actual reason this can't happen).

Slot Recievers - McKenzie / Cole
Boxcar replied to CorkScrewHill's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I would be shocked if Beasley puts himself above the team. He's never seemed like that kind of guy. I know a lot of players who would be complaining about salary in Beasley's place after the last two years he's had but not a peep. He's never been a distraction before and I do believe he was frustrated and decided to vent, and won't be a distraction going forward. I will say that I think the way he's been mocked and vilified has been pretty vile. He's been an exemplary teammate and professional his entire career and that's all out the window now, it seems. -
Slot Recievers - McKenzie / Cole

Ok, I guess we just differ on the use of "bubble" since I do think it's likely he makes the team. -

The media saying it is one thing, they love nothing more than mounting that high horse and shouting at all the little people, but Bills fans? Were they even watching the games last year? -
Slot Recievers - McKenzie / Cole

You don't think a guy making around the vet minimum is on the bubble when guys like Breida, Hodgins, Stevenson etc. are around? He'll probably make the team but he certainly isn't a lock. -
Slot Recievers - McKenzie / Cole

This is absolutely insane and solely fueled by this writer not liking Cole's stances on certain things. How did we go from McKenzie being on the bubble to him supplanting the best slot WR in the NFL? It's madness.- 150 replies

Barkevious Mingo released due to child sex allegations
Boxcar replied to TroutDog's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I think they did studies and found that firing squads are one of the quickest and most humane forms of executing someone. I'd suggest a bit of time travel for something more appropriate. -
RB is a really GLARING need, right?
Boxcar replied to Richard Noggin's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
1. Quinton Spain started two games last year and then barely played until his release. This does not coincide with your timeline. 2. Good teams draft busts all the time. The draft is a crapshoot. Your appeals to authority mean nothing. By that post, you're also implying that the Bills have an inferior front office because they didn't take who ESPN told you was the best available player. 3. I was implying that the improvement in rushing numbers coincided more with replacing Winters, who sucked, with Feliciano rather than a change in scheme. -

Boxcar replied to Richard Noggin's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Did this not coincide with the return of Feliciano, who is a decent run blocker? I also don't understand how you presume to know more than pro scouts. How do you know Humphrey and Davis are locks to have long careers, but Spencer Brown isn't? -
Athletic article on Bills Fan Expectations
Boxcar replied to Hapless Bills Fan's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
I honestly don't think Nick Wright does it as a schtick. -

Can anyone explain to me why CEH is so highly regarded? We are crapping on Singletary for having a bad year, and in that bad year he had the same ypc as CEH, around the same number of receptions and slightly less reception yards yet CEH ranks 17 and Singletary 31. I don't get it. People seem to act like he's a lot better than he actually is. -
I honestly don't care at all what Chris Simms thinks and all the things like that, but this is such a lazy, incorrect take. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fbiCgsVVX-0 I can't believe Simms just boils it down to sacks, and even then "sure, he got sacks but they weren't real sacks and everything like that" I don't care about his comments or whether he thinks Rousseau will be the best or worst edge in the league, but I can't stand stupid, lazy takes from guys who get paid to give them, especially when he's usually more nuanced.
