The thread title says if Dorsey needs to go, so does McD. That's ridiculous. The Offense and the team will benefit greatly from a better OC. The only reason McD would have to go too is if he's the one who lobbied for keeping Dorsey coming into this season.

No. Dorsey sucks at his job. McD doesn't suck. It's possible that he'll never be good enough to win a SuperBowl, but he's not horrible. Dorsey is horrible.

Usually the coordinator isn't fired, but it happens all the time where the offensive minded had coach will step in mid season and take over. That's why the Bills are so screwed here having a Defensive head coach. There's no where to go. Dorsey needed replaced before the season. Now we're just screwed

Whoever decided to give Dorsey a 2nd year. It was pretty obvious end of last year that OC needed upgraded

If your defense is consistent choking, the coach of the defense is consistently doing something wrong.

He's toast. At his age, even completely healthy he would be challenged learning to adjust his game to deal with the inevitable loss of a step. He's just too old to come back from an ACL. That was pretty much the one thing that couldn't happen with that contract. Cursed

The team can definitely be greatly improved by having a better offensive coordinator even with the same head coach.
